Newly renovated 2-bedroom home with AC in quiet neighborhood Santa Clara

Beautiful home in Santa Clara with 2 bedrooms located in a quiet neighborhood. This superb ground floor unit features 2 queen beds and 1 twin trundle rollout bed. Has fully equipped kitchen, AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, and a 70 inch LCD TV with local channels and ready with HDMI input for whatever device you bring. There are 2 bathrooms, including 1 full bath with shower and hair dryer, and one half bath for extra convenience. Located 10 minutes from San Jose airport. Close to Levi's Stadium, Apple, Nvidia, Great America. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
The living room is spacious with a leather sofa and matching recliner. There is a counter dining table with 3 chairs, as well as a bar height table behind the couch for ample eating area. The kitchen has a full size fridge, induction burners, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a coffee maker and filters. There is also a full size washer/dryer.

Convenient, clean, modern place to stay.

We flew in to SJC and were able to use the place as our base for a weekend stay and had access to many options for shopping and food. Great place.

Great Experience! Lovely Stay

We stayed for 4 days during memorial day weekend. Very clean placewith modern kitchen appliances and ameneties. Beds are comfortable and firm, pillows were thin though. Host was available for our questions with quick with resposes. Overall we were very happy and plan to return in July as well.

Very clean, comfortable, easy access,safe location

I needed somewhere close to appointments I had here in Santa Clara. I was able to book, and access the property easily. The entire apartment is beautiful inside and very comfortable, with a full kitchen.The neighborhood is quiet, and safe.The owners are very quick and professional to communicate with. When I need to come back, this would be my first pick

Convenient and cozy

Comfortable and clean, convenient location from Santa Clara university, San Jose and central from other destinations. Just noting that the wifi is very slow so work meetings were glitchy and connection hit or miss. Otherwise great communication from contacts via messaging and also written information inside. Would recommend for families to stay here if you’d like more a homey setting vs a hotel.
