Bethany, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the updated condo and Kuhio at Waikiki’s convenient location near the beach, shopping, and dining. The building does have an older exterior and is currently undergoing a large building-wide concrete repair and painting project, as disclosed in the listing. We also appreciate your note about the parking garage, which can be challenging for larger vehicles. We apologize that the unit was not quite ready at the scheduled check-in time. When you contacted us, we checked with the cleaning team and notified you approximately 10–15 minutes later that they had finished preparing the unit. We understand that the missing key and delay were frustrating, especially with groceries. We also appreciate your feedback about the delay in response time later in the stay, as we were communicating with the cleaners regarding your late check out request. They were actively cleaning another unit and were not readily available to review their schedule and reply right away. I am sorry our communication did not fully meet your expectations.
