Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves, wake up in the morning with Isles of Shoals views from the comfiest king bed.

Each side is identical, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen and living room on each side. (In total: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 2 BBQ grills).

Each unit has separate entry points and are not connected by any interior doors.

PLEASE NOTE: Must climb spiral staircases to access second floor. The Spiral Staircases are very narrow, and can be difficult to climb while carrying luggage. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES OR SMALL CHILDREN.

Walk to Pirates cove in under 3 min! You will have 6 parking spaces. Quick 10 min drive to Portsmouth.

ACCESS TO BEACH:
3 min walk from the beach house.
When walking out of the house, take a left towards the SURF CLUB. GO PAST the SURF CLUB, and take the next left to the parking lot of Wallis Sands Beach. This is right across the street from Petey's Market.
