Bienvenue dans votre escapade idéale, à seulement 10 minutes de la charmante ville de Bancroft, en Ontario ! Notre spacieux gîte de 3 chambres et plus au bord du lac peut accueillir jusqu’à 9 personnes et plus, ce qui en fait le lieu idéal pour les familles, les amis ou les couples à la recherche d’une escapade paisible avec tout le confort de la maison… et bien plus encore.

Profitez de 120 pieds de rivage privé avec une entrée en pente douce, parfaite pour les plus petits ou pour une baignade tranquille. Passez vos journées sur l’eau grâce à deux pontons et une plate-forme de baignade flottante, ou détendez-vous dans le bain à remous privé au coucher du soleil. Les soirées sont propices aux histoires et aux s’mores autour du foyer au bord du lac.

À l’intérieur, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée, une buanderie, une connexion Internet haut débit et de nombreux espaces confortables où vous retrouver, notamment une véranda grillagée et une grande terrasse donnant sur le lac.

Avec un grand parking, de la place pour accueillir plus de 9 personnes et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre confort et votre commodité, notre gîte est votre deuxième chez-vous en toute saison.
La climatisation pour les journées chaudes et un générateur Generac pour vous garantir de ne jamais manquer d'électricité. Tout le confort de chez vous, tout en vous réveillant au bord du lac.

📍 À quelques minutes seulement des sentiers de randonnée, des commerces locaux et des meilleures attractions de Bancroft : votre escapade au bord du lac n'attend plus que vous.

The lakehouse was immaculate and beautiful. Everything was as advertised, no negative surprises. The host provided detailed instructions about all aspects of the cottage, and even suggested local attractions. The host obviously puts a lot of thought into everything you might need to have a good experience, and making sure everything is in good repair. Checkin/checkout was very smooth. Overall this was an excellent experience.

The whole family really enjoyed Chris' cottage. Was spacious and open inside and very clean and well maintained. There were plenty of things to do for everyone on the property to keep everyone entertained inside the cottage and outside. Chris responds to any questions or concerns within minutes. Would definitely come back again!

Beautiful Lakefront cottage that is bright and airy with lovely views. Very clean throughout and with everything you need in kitchen etc. Games for inside, kayaks & fishing rods outside. Clean outdoor fire pit and seating on the dock. Great Wifi and the Air Conditioning was appreciated after a day in the sun by the lake. Lovely clean lake, with shallow entry from the shore, great for swimming & kayaking, peaceful surroundings. Just 10 minutes to Bancroft for shopping, restaurants etc. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome! The Tait's have created a comfortable and welcoming cottage. They were great to communicate with and the cottage was stocked with everything you would need to enjoy time away with thy family. We're looking forward to next year.

OUTSTANDING!!! This cottage is fabulous, the grounds are beautiful, the lake is gorgeous and the hosts are excellent! It has everything you could possibly want or need and then some. The gracious hosts made us feel like family. Cant wait to go back next summer - for 2 weeks - one week just isnt enough! Best vacation ever.

We had such an amazing week. Sun, fun & memories made. The cottage is beautiful. We loved sitting in the screened in room in the evenings. The owners were so wonderful, leaving everything needed for a wonderful week. The lake was great for swimming. The kids had an absolute blast jumping in off the docks. We are already planning our stay again for next summer!!

What a great week … as others stated the property exceeded expectations …. Nice and roomy.. Kitchen is super well equipped … checkin was a breeze as door code provided and easy entrance. Master has great view of lake and sunrise… 2 bathrooms with showers is a bonus… water toys and inflatables were great as was the hot tub … lots of comfy chairs on dock and deck…. Screen in room overlooks lake and is excellent for your morning coffee and reading time…Fire pit area is large and roomy and ample wood was provided. The backyard area is nice and flat for your cornhole games and whatever else you need Internet was good and fast and allowed people to work if needed and be on video calls speed was always over 60MBPS All in all an excellent property and we would not hesitate to rebook again This feels like you are borrowing a friends or family members cottage vs a rentalPlease don’t hesitate in booking this property !!!

What a magical lakehouse! We couldn’t call it a cottage as it is far too nice for that. When we arrived we marvelled at the size and comfort of the space. The photos really don’t do justice to how spacious, bright and beautiful the house is, indoors and out. There are expansive windows facing the lake, well planned upstairs and downstairs lounges, sunbeds, docks and massive deck with a beautiful lake view. And more!!Two docks provide morning sun and one for the afternoon light! A cozy and cool screened in room was ideal for late night gatherings but what surprised us most of all was that there were no bugs to speak of!! The lake breeze and flitting dragonflies took care of that for us!!The master suite was stunning with lake view walk out doors and a cute table for our morning coffee fix! The ensuite has the best deep soaking tub that was heaven for our hardworking kayaking muscles!!The hot tub outside was comfortable and easy access off the deck with lake views. Perfect to soak in while watching the children play on the grass.The lake is healthy, clear and warm and we could dive right off the dock!!!The owners surprised us with a gift basket with special Canada Day gifts for young and old. They are easy to communicate with and readily available. They even got in touch with us after we left some jewellery behind! The kitchen has all the bells and whistles, is stocked with all essentials, an excellent fridge and storage for days. The most incredible cottage experience

Our family had an absolutely lovely stay , cottage was clean , very well stocked with kitchen items , outdoor chairs and water toys. The hot tub and screened in room are an amazing addition. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back. Thanks again Tait Family .

Overall, a great stay. Spacious cottage on a small, quiet lake. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect for multiple families. Shallow beach, well maintained dock and raft, and a good number of paddle boats and floaties ensured hours of fun for the kids. Screened in porch and hot tub was a bonus.
