Our Bungalow is located in the heart of Indy`s Northside! Just outside of Broad Ripple and 10 min drive to Keystone at the Crossing. Enjoy the warm romantic interior and thoughtful amenities! Easily explore Indy`s Northside as you are nestled next to everything! Close to Broad Ripple, Keystone @ Crossing, Carmel, Grand Park, Park Tudor, Castleton, 15 minutes from downtown Indy, 3 min from highway 465, and 35 mins from the airport.

Expect a 5 star stay when you book The Bungalow! Essentially remodeled from the ground up and unlike anything you`ve seen!! Plenty of amenities, sunlight, and great energy make this a great stay!

Keyless Keypad entry code will be sent the day of arrival. Please park in the two spots provided in front of the garage, no parking under the carport please!

Please note there is a separate detached guest house located on this property. The guest house is not available for rent at this time.

Please note that occasionally items such as decor, rugs, bedding, or furniture will need replaced due to wear and tear. We make every effort to ensure any replacements keep the same artistic and relaxing atmosphere of the unit.

I do live locally and have my maintenance staff close by for any needs or emergencies. I personally answer all messages so please be patient if messaging in the evening or overnight hours. Should an emergency arise, please call me if I do not respond to messages.

This is a lovely established neighborhood near Broad Ripple. It is common to see people out walking their dogs and children riding their bikes. The Broad Ripple park is roughly a 15 minute walk.

Onsite parking available. Uber and Lyft are generally easily available in this area as well.

If you bring a dog - pet waste must be cleaned up, the pet must be crated when not attended during the day and at night. Please Do not lock the pet in a room. Please do not allow pets on the furniture. Pet must remain under your control at all times.
Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and treated with flea/tick preventative.

Damage & Excess Cleaning Policy
By booking, guests agree they are financially responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or missing items caused by them or their visitors.
A security deposit of $1000 is held during your stay and may be used to cover damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or policy violations. The deposit is typically released 7–10 days after checkout, but may be held longer if repairs, replacement, or contractor evaluation is required.
If damages exceed the deposit amount, the guest agrees to pay the additional costs. Charges may include: repair costs, replacement of items, contractor fees, excessive cleaning, lost revenue due to uninhabitability, and administrative time associated with resolving the issue.

Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late checkout disrupts our operations, cleaning schedule, and incoming guests.
If a guest remains on the property past checkout without written approval, the host reserves the right to charge one additional night’s stay at the prevailing rate, at the host’s discretion.
Guests who are unresponsive to calls or messages after checkout time are more likely to be charged. We may grant grace in some situations, but continued presence on the property without approval will result in a charge equivalent to an additional night. Remaining on the property beyond checkout constitutes acceptance of this charge.

Excess Cleaning
The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning only. If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition, with pet waste, stains, trash, or requiring additional labor, additional cleaning charges will be assessed.
