Cozy 2 bdrm Newburgh apartment with private parking

Kick back and relax in this stylish open floor plan. Located on the top floor of a historic Newburgh building, this apartment features smart TV & High speed Fios WiFi, an in-unit laundry, designer furnishings, and a separate office space for WFH. Suitable for 2-4 guests, there is one King and one Queen sized bed. Both are hybrid memory foam mattresses with natural cotton bedding for ultimate comfort and tranquility. Two flights of stairs are required.

Other things to note:
My partner who services the space between stays is extremely allergic to pet dander, so unfortunately we are unable to accommodate service animals.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is as listed and had all the essentials we needed. Host was communicative and friendly. Definitely recommend it for a stay in the Beacon area!

Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for wifi, hvac were readily available and helpful. Gabrielle was very attentive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay!

Affordable and spacious

This place had the best value in the Newburgh/Beacon area. When we got in, the air conditioning was on and it was very comfortable compared to the hot summer day. The beds and linens were comfortable but the white curtains did let all the morning sun in. Check in was easy and the neighborhood was quiet.

Absolutely amazing stay. The apartment was clean,modern and was well equipped with kitchen supplies. We met Gabrielle during our stay. She was lovely and very informative.I stay was around July 4 so they were plenty of things to do and everything was in walking distance, to the pride of the Hudson and the fireworks display. I would definitely stay in the apartment again.

This space suited our stay ver well! It had all the amenities we needed, the bathroom is spacious and the washer/dryer combo was a real benefit. The beds were very comfortable(loved the cotton bedding!!) and the bedrooms were roomy! We used the kitchen which had a few usable dishes/pans/prep tools but take stock of what you still need before you hit the store. The stairs could be an issue for anyone who has trouble with knees or stability but were fine for us. Parking in back was extremely appreciated, especially in this robust neighborhood! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
