Backyard: Backyard in enclosed and for your use only. We ask that you do not leave dog unattended in the yard. From time to time you may see our very friendly long term tenant passing through the backyard to perform certain tasks like repairs or taking out the trash.

Trash: Glenwood has Bears! Always be aware when exiting the home. Do not leave any food unattended outside. If you do throw trash in the canisters outside, make sure they are properly closed with the bear safety lock. Recycling is encouraged but, ONLY recycling that has no residual food on it.
