This retreat can sleep up to 8 adults as well as their children with 3 bedrooms (king room, queen room, bunk room bed) plus additional sleeping area in the living room via a queen coach bed. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower and bathtub, hairdryer, soaps and shampoos. The full kitchen has everything required for a home away from home. Other amenities include a hot tub, two smart TVs, table tennis, books and family games so guests can unwind in comfort plus we are three minutes drive/15 minute walk away from Yosemite Lakes Park 18-hole golf course and the yummy Fairway Cafe. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything that Coarsegold and the surrounding area has to offer.

My husband and I are both from England, UK. I have been in California all of my adult life and love it here. We live in Santa Barbara CA and rent out this property in Coarsegold, Yosemite Lakes Park. We love staying here when there are no guests with our children and I like to think our guests are enjoying the place as much as we do.
We have left out some family games and books on the mantle shelf and in the bunk bed room. If you would like to take a book you can do so but please leave one of your own to replace it in return. The same goes for games. There is a table tennis table on the back deck that you can unfold and use there, bring into one of the rooms, or pop in one of the many closets if it is in the way.
I am here to help you enjoy your stay so don't hesitate to text me with any questions.

Yosemite Lakes Park is a great location as it less than an hour away from attractions such as Yosemite National Park (great hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter), Bass Lake (hiking, kayaking, swimming year round) and China Peak (skiing and snowboarding in the winter) yet provides a peaceful retreat setting to relax away from it all after enjoying a day out. There is much to enjoy locally too, such as deer wandering across the 1.25 acre grounds, an 18-hole golf course just 3 minutes down the lane, a delicious local breakfast and lunch cafe, a clubhouse on the lake with access to lovely trails, and some local shops of interest a 5 minute drive away. There is also a casino within 15 minutes with a great steak restaurant or buffet, you can arrive at the historic town of Coarsegold in less than 15 minutes, or enjoy going on the Madera Wine Trail.
