KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM:
Step into a spacious, open-concept layout featuring a comfortable living area with seating for six and a Smart TV. For those cozy nights in, the kitchen offers everything needed for a homemade meal, including brand new modern appliances, granite countertops, a full stove/oven, microwave range, dishwasher, coffee maker drip, toaster, blender, and all essential cookware. Gather around the formal dining table for a meal with ocean views as the perfect backdrop. Our queen-sized sofa sleeper adds an additional bed for those extra two guests.

BALCONY:
Step onto your private balcony overlooking the gorgeous Myrtle Beach coastline, and take in the stunning ocean views from the Living room as well.

BEDROOMS:
The bedrooms offer one queen-sized bed in the main bedroom and double bed in the guest room, perfect for a restful night sleep, along with a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows as you relax in either bedroom. Two spacious closets provide ample storage, allowing you to unpack and feel right at home.

GETTING AROUND
Sands Beach Club is tucked away in the quiet Shore Drive area, offering a peaceful location while still being close to all the action. While you can walk to several beach bars, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, having a car is the best way to explore everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Driving & Parking: The resort offers on-site parking for guests, and most attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants are just a short drive away. You’re about 10–15 minutes from places like Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, and Broadway at the Beach.

Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area and are great options if you don’t want to drive, especially for nights out or airport transfers.

Public Transit: The Coast RTA bus service runs through parts of Myrtle Beach, but it doesn’t service Shore Drive directly. If you`re planning to rely on public transportation, check the schedule and routes in advance.

Biking & Walking: The Shore Drive area is very walkable, especially for short trips to the beach, Ocean Annie’s, or local eateries. If you enjoy biking, the flat terrain and scenic roads make for an easy, enjoyable ride.

Whether you`re relaxing close to the resort or venturing out to explore the Grand Strand, getting around from Sands Beach Club is simple and convenient.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
- This condo is located on the 3rd floor providing amazing views for a more peaceful and private stay. The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest for your comfort and safety. We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, so you can settle in before needing to shop.

- Linens and Towels included and can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee.

- Sands Beach Club is centrally located in off Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach with plenty of food and entertainment options within walking or biking distance.


- Free Parking & Wi-Fi: Guests have access to free on-site parking vehicle and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo.
- Beach Gear: We do not provide beach chairs and umbrella for guest use, but seasonally it can be rented by the lifeguards.

- Seasonal Resort Activities: Take advantage of seasonal events and live entertainment hosted near the resort, especially during the summer months.

- Extended Stays Welcome: Perfect for both short stays and extended vacations, with discounts available for weekly or monthly bookings.

Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $45 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
