Unité de coin condo en bord de mer rénovée, piscines et riviÚre lente

Un condo d'une chambre situé dans la Tour de Magnolia du Sandy Beach Resort offre une vue directe sur l'océan depuis son balcon privé. Cette suite contient deux lits queen-size, un lit escamotable, une salle de bain, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec une cuisiniÚre à quatre feux et un four et un salon. Rénové en septembre 2019, il dispose de comptoirs en granit, d'un nouveau carrelage, de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, de nouveaux matelas, d'une literie de luxe et de tous les nouveaux meubles de salon. Il est rempli avec tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter pour votre séjour.

Le complexe est moderne et propre Ă  quelques pas de la plage. Il propose des piscines intĂ©rieure et extĂ©rieure chauffĂ©es, des jacuzzis, un bassin pour enfants et une riviĂšre artificielle. Ici pour affaires, le complexe comprend un petit centre d’affaires et des salles de rĂ©union.

We liked the balcony. It would be an advantage if it had a table outside. A bathrug would akso be nice. Our only complaint and not your fault was the family who was next door with a screaming child until after midnight

The condo was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was clean, except for dust on the a/c unit. I took a wipe and wiped it out. Other than that it was just as described. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom soap and shampoo/conditioner, dishwashing soap- the only thing missing was a dish sponge which I had to buy to wash dishes. The view was amazing and we would leave the balcony door open to hear the ocean. The owner communicated with us prior to our arrival a couple times with lots of information and she was easy to get in touch with when we ended up in North Myrtle Beach instead of Myrtle Beach. There was a small problem with the tv in the living room glitching, but after it was on for a while it stopped. The shower head is a bit low, but my family is all tall. Good water pressure and water temperature. The WiFi is for the whole building so it was hard to stream movies, we had to use our Hotspot on our phones. The resort itself was nice and lots of security. The pools were crowded, but it was Labor Day weekend. Again, to be right on the beach was worth it.

The pool was not clean. The entire week we stayed there, the water was very cloudy and had debris floating in the pool. People were witnessed walking in off the streets and swimming in the pool with all their clothes on. Seen multiply nights we were at the pool

Great location, pools & view but condo average

Location, pools & views were great. Close to a lot of kid-friendly activities. Owner was very nice and receptive to our requests. Stayed 5 nights. The kitchen was very small making it hard to prepare meals. Essential supplies were very limited and Murphy bed was not made & missing a comforter. When notified the owner quickly put in a walmart order for toilet paper (was only 1/2 roll), paper towels, comforter, dish soap etc. There was a part of the metal bed frame sticking out from one of the beds we were afraid we’d trip on so we had to cover it with a pillow. Condo is a bit dirtier than pictures. Don’t believe it warrants the very high rating it has. We sent text with some suggestions after we checked out and didn’t hear back.

Location was great. Right on the beach. Toys for the kids to play with on the beach. Claire was great with communication. Housekeeping didn’t keep the AC on so unit was muggy when we arrived, but quickly cooled down. No plug in the bath so it was difficult to give the kids a bath. Thank you, again Claire for your communication and guidance during our stay.

Good for family

Condo met all of our needs and gave us enough space for our family of 5. We enjoyed the space itself, the multiple indoor and outdoor poool options and direct access to beach. The location was eithin walking and short drive of many attractions. The only negative was the murphy bed mattress looked very old/stained. Otherwise the space was clean and no issues.

Nice spot

Easy access to beach and town. Kitchen is pretty small so would make cooking a big meal difficult. Bed was comfy. Very hot water for showers! Lots of options for pools and hot tubs. We even still had water fun with a storm that rolled through.

Amazing family get away !

The location and all of the amenities of the resort made it hard to leave and do anything else! The view from the balcony was a perfect spot to sit and enjoy our coffee in the mornings. The options of multiple different pools/hot tubs outside made it really fun to get out and swim without feeling overcrowded. Getting to the beach is super convenient anytime of day as well. My daughter loved that family kingdom was right across the street. I will always recommend this place to any small family traveling with littles!

The property was absolutely beautiful! You walk right out to the patio and have an amazing view of the ocean. The location couldn’t have been any better, you are in the heart of myrtle beach, within walking distance of a ton of attractions & a 15 minute drive to the rest! We have a 2 year old and a 1 year old, they both loved the pools that the property has to offer. With us having to bring a pack n play for our baby to sleep in, the bedroom was a little tight on space but other than that, I have 0 complaints. Claire was very accommodating as well and texted me her number before we even arrived for our stay, letting me know that she was reachable if we had any problems. With all of the amenities as well, this location is very affordable! We would definitely book again! :)

Great place, very clean

Claire was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure to tell us if there was anything we needed to let her know. The property was very clean and a great location. Right on the beach which made it great with little ones. Plenty of heated pools, exactly as described. The check in process was easy. Plenty of amenities and was perfect for our trip with our family of 5.

First visit to the ocean!

The condo was a little smaller than we thought but it served us perfectly! We stayed from Monday until Saturday. The condo was close to anything we wanted to do and it was perfect for viewing the ocean from our deck. The ocean access was great! All in all it was an amazing vacation!

I have always dreamed of owning a place by the beach. I am a stay at home mom who lives in Denver, Colorado with my husband, two kids and two dogs.
