Les Berkshires au printemps, en été et en automne sont pleins de beauté, et il est maintenant temps de planifier votre escapade réparatrice dans ce studio idyllique avec une vue magnifique sur les collines et les prairies verdoyantes. Les amoureux de la nature, les artistes, les écrivains et tous ceux qui aiment la tranquillité seront particulièrement ravis de ce lieu unique.

Parfait pour n'importe quel couple (peut également accueillir un petit enfant), ce joyau d'un chalet offre une pause romantique qui plaira si vous êtes un randonneur actif ou un motard, ou si vous voulez simplement vous asseoir sous les arbres ou au bord de la piscine avec un bon réservez et savourez le paysage inégalé. Vous serez sur une route de campagne isolée, mais à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville de Great Barrington avec ses restaurants, sa musique, son théâtre et ses boutiques. We were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything is, including a decent-sized pool (which we enjoyed). The hosts are great: they are welcoming, prompt with replies, and responsive to needs big and small. Our stay was brief, but we had a great time hiking and enjoyed some superb meals out. An excellent choice for 2 in the Berkshires.

Beautiful, scenic, and cozy stay. We booked last minute after another guest likely had a change of plans, and Frederica was quick to respond and provide all the details for a smooth check in. The yard and pool were absolutely gorgeous, we were able to accommodate our small dog, and the room had everything we needed for 2 nights.

Colin and his wife were the perfect guests from start to finish. They were the beneficiaries of a few warm days prior to their arrival, so the water in the pool was nicely warmed up for them. Just a note to correct the record: the pool is not heated with electricity. It's in full sun!

Location, location, location! Finding this serene and pleasant studio was a stroke of good luck! The glorious setting with a view of the fields, forest and mountains in the distance couldn’t have been a better choice for relaxation, proximity to cultural attractions like the Norman Rockwell Museum and Tanglewood, unique shopping and food. Guido’s Gourmet Market and every possible tempting restaurant cuisine was just a very short car ride away.The magnificent and pristine pool in which we swam twice a day was the cherry on top! The large room came with a full-size bathroom complete with tub and the bed was even very comfortable.Frederica and Efrem, our hosts, were both very sensitive to our privacy yet always ready to offer good advice when needed. They generously provided us with great Expresso coffee, half and half, wine and peaches. What more could we ask in a vacation?We give this extra-special rental our very highest recommendation and will surely return as soon as possible!

We recently stayed at this lovely Berkshires cottage on Round Hill Road. The room was warm and cozy, with a nice kitchenette and a dining table. The views from the cottage were really beautiful, and we took several pictures. Since it was winter, we could not use the pool, but I imagine it would be even more lovely in summer when the pool would be open. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was beautiful, a very nice place, cozy and quiet, ideal to rest and disconnect. Everything was very well taken care of, with details that made the stay even more pleasant. In addition, the owner is very attentive and always aware of everything, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great stay and I definitely recommend it. I hope to come back soon!

This cottage is like a very large hotel room that includes a desk and chair and a table that seats three, and a kitchen off the bedroom. There is no couch or stove, but my husband and I didn't miss them. We watched TV from the bed and the otherwise fully equipped kitchen--microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, full-size refrigerator--had everything we needed for a quick breakfast in the morning. We also had some lunches there. The room is immaculate and cheerfully and tastefully decorated with bright curtains and matching tablecloth. There is a bureau and clothes closet for your things, and a ceiling fan and window fan to keep the room cool, plus heat if you need it for the cool Massachusetts evenings. The modern bathroom has a tub and was also immaculate. We enjoyed sitting by the pool on the chaise lounges provided, but as luck would have it, didn't use the lovely pool. Our hosts left us a bottle of wine and wine glasses. We are seniors and had no trouble navigating the few stairs (with railings) that lead to the cottage door. We hope to stay here again.

Berkshire Retreat

Very relaxing, bucolic location with an amazing view. Beautiful swimming pool and grounds. We had everything we needed in our guest house, and Frederica was a very responsive host. We will try to stay here again on our next trip to Great Barrington.

The studio, set into the hillside below the garage, has an expansive view over the pool area and fields and hills beyond. Very beautiful and peaceful. Frederica is very helpful and responsive, and the studio has everything one needs. We were happy we had chosen this place, and would return.

Wonderful getaway!

Beautiful, quiet country retreat an easy drive from many cultural attractions! Large and airy, with ample room for two, it's an easy place to spend a week without feeling a bit cramped, with great views and a thoughtful host who provided many extras and was always available but respectful of privacy. Absolutely gorgeous property. The views cannot be beat, especially from the pool. The space is cute and cozy, totally enough space for two. If you do nothing else on your trip, swing over to the Berkshire Mountain Bakery for a pizza and some ciabatta.

Great Barrington Getaway

A lovely, private cottage with a beautiful view of the countryside. Very comfortable and cozy. It's great having a kitchen for not needing to eat out for every meal. Great walks are waiting for you outside the door. And there's a beautiful pool as well.
