This beautiful 5,000 sq ft home with 6 bedrooms 4.5 baths is ideal for family reunions, retreats or just a quiet getaway. Located 2 blocks from downtown and 4 blocks from the lake this home has plenty of bedroom and gathering space on 3 separate floors. Front porch and back deck with gas grill are available for use. A perfect year-round spot to reconnect with friends and family.

This house can sleep 16 people in comfort in four 2nd floor bedrooms, one 1st floor bedroom and one lower-level bedroom. The beds include 3 bunk beds (twin over full), 1 full bed, 3 queen beds and 3 twin beds. There is a living room on each of the three floors plus a bar room and dining room on the 1st floor. Bedroom (queen bed) and full bath on 1st floor, no stairs required.

There is a front porch with swing, a rear deck with patio furniture and gas grill. Ample off-street parking via 2 driveways and a 2-car garage (fits 6 cars total). Please note the City of Lake Geneva does not allow guests to park on the street or block any sidewalks, if more parking is required, please contact the host.

High-speed Wi-Fi, coffee, fully stocked kitchen, linens and paper products are all included. Baby gates, pack and play, wagon, beach toys and highchair are all available upon request. Pet friendly - 1 time pet fee of $25

We enjoyed the home and all the amenities. We would definitely recommend your beautiful home to others and it was just as advertised! We were able to walk to the lake and downtown easily but also enjoyed the privacy at the house. Each family had a bedroom and the younger ones had bunkbeds which thrilled them. Plenty of refrigerators and sitting areas for conversation. We even had a geography lesson on the garage wall map.

Amazing spot to rent for a big group! Felt even bigger than the pictures. Everyone was really comfortable and felt like you had a ton of space. All the beds were comfy and many rooms had blackout shades which was nice. And only a 10 minute walk to downtown! Would definitely rent again!

House offered a lot of space to hang out, play cards, etc. was in great shape and only .5 miles to the spots we like in town so easily walkable or a dollar ride share. Appreciated the quick response time when communicating.

Plenty of room to space out including multiple living rooms, multiple bedrooms, and multiple couches and large enough rooms to all gather in one area to hang out. We very much enjoyed this house and its very different but fun layout.

This is a very large house in an utterly charming neighborhood, very close to downtown and the lake. The host was quick to respond to inquiries. Areas of the house are spread out enough to make it ideal for a large group or multi-family gathering.

We had a wonderful stay in Lake Geneva with our group of 16! The house was the perfect size for our large group, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and spend time together comfortably. The location was great—a short 10-minute walk to Riviera Beach and downtown, which made it so easy to enjoy everything Lake Geneva has to offer.One of our favorite evenings was making s’mores on the deck around the electric fire pit. There was also plenty of parking available on-site, which was a huge plus for our group. The hosts were responsive and communicated quickly both before and throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this home for larger groups visiting Lake Geneva!
