HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional cleaning fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please take the trash to the dumpster located behind the tennis courts

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it may not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave it at the doorstep.
• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our office for pick-up before and during your stay for a fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you with the address!

Important Notes, Please Read Carefully:

1 - To access the condominium, it will be necessary to provide the license plate numbers of all vehicles prior to arrival at the Resort. If this information is not submitted in advance, access to the Resort will not be granted.

2 - Commercial vehicles are not allowed within the community after 6 pm. Violators are subject to towing.

3 - This community only accepts reservations with a minimum stay of 6 nights.
