Please Note:
• We are happy for guests to bring their pets and small dogs are acceptable. However, they are not allowed on furnishings or beds for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes. Substantial extra charges will apply if this or any damage occurs. If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding (sheets and duvet) for your personal use.
• The pool/spa heater can only be set for a minimum of 3 consecutive days, and the temperature is set to 89 F or 104 F
• Strictly No Smoking, Events or Parties. Additional charges of $250 will be assessed if evidence of smoking or Party is found

Starter Supplies:
• Kitchen: 1 dish sponge, dish soap, hand soap, 1 paper towel, 1 dishwasher capsule, 2 trash bags,
• Bathrooms (each): hand soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 2 toilet paper rolls
• Laundry: 1 capsule

Kitchen and bathroom supplies are starter amounts, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay. You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount.

We loved our stay here. The house was well kept and beautiful and our kids had a blast in the pool. We enjoyed the board games in the evening too. Host was kind and responsive.

We rented this home for Thanksgiving and while the home itself is clean and very nice, there were a few things we didnt like. Biggest deal for us - We could not control the air temperature in the house. There is a lock on the AC thermostat. I feel like that should have been disclosed. Fortunately, it was cold outside so it didn’t get too hot in the house with the oven on. Had it been 80 degrees we probably would have been uncomfortable. The host is very responsive, but our experience felt more like a corporate experience where we were charged for everything. The neighborhood seems to be a lot of vacation homes, and therefore was a little noisy at night.There is plenty of guest parking.Overall, we had a lovely holiday in this home. There are lots of amenities for the kids.

Wonderful Stay – Host Outstanding!We had an amazing 11-day stay at this property and would absolutely return. The host was incredibly responsive—anytime we had a question, he got back to us right away. When the blender broke, he even had the replacement part overnighted… huge bonus! The house itself was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, gated community that felt very safe. The themed bedrooms were a massive hit with our grandson—truly one of the highlights of the trip.We also accidentally left a couple of items behind, and the host immediately reached out with photos and is shipping them back to us. That’s truly above and beyond service.Like any rental, there were a few things to note. The pillows & linens weren’t top-tier quality, and for an 11-day stay we were only supplied three trash bags and two dishwasher pods, so we ended up buying extras. A few small maintenance items (a couple lights out, a broken toilet clamp, and some deeply scratched Teflon pans) could use attention. We also paid for pool and spa heat, and while it worked, it never reached a truly warm, comfortable temperature—but it was Florida so we still did really enjoy it the pool. And although we knew ahead of time there was no outdoor grill, we did end up missing having one. All that said—this is still a solid 5-star stay. The positives far outweigh small items I mentioned.

The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. We wish though that it wasn't an extra charge in order to use the hot tub. We only used it one night, but we were told that we would have to be charged for two nights. I feel that the amount of money that it was to stay at the house should include the cost of using the hot tub.

Our family had a wonderful vacation and our stay had everything we needed. The pool and spa was great to jump into after a long day at the parks. The owner was a great communicator and easy to work with throughout our stay.

Well appointed house in a good location

We stayed in this house for approximately week mid April and everything was very very good. The house was very clean, the pool was great as the temperature was perfect. The showers and bathrooms were very good. The house was very communicative, we couldn’t be happier with the choice of this house. Lastly, the location was just outside of Disney, which is right where I wanted to be. I would definitely stay there again.

It was wonderful. Highly recommend.

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Even though we booked last minute (the day before), everything was perfect and pool (heater) was ready to go. Pet friendly rental. So clean. All the amenities you need. Perfect location. Pool and spa were great. Couldn’t ask for better communication with the owner. 10/10 would recommend and plan to stay here again. (Also a Starbucks very close by!)
