Loved it!

We love staying at sandpiper cove and this condo was perfect. Exactly what we wanted. The kids especially loved the bunk beds The house was clean and had everything we needed. I thought it came with beach chair service which would have been great but no big deal We will definitely stay here again

Family trip

The condo was very nice and clean and location was great to the beach and pool. Our only issue we had was the noise from the people above us. It was not the units fault but something to consider since it is a bottom unit. Overall, great place!

One of the highlights was relaxing by the pool area—it was peaceful and perfect for unwinding; just wish the hot tubs were a little bigger. The location couldn't have been better, with just a short walk to all the amenities, including beach, Lagniappe restaurant, and tennis/pickleball courts. The home was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The vacation rental management staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We'd gladly return and highly recommend this place to others!

Great Time! Great Unit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying at Sandpiper Cove for several years in different units. This was our favorite and worked best for us with three kids! Updated, very nice outdoor furniture and loved the bunk beds in second bedroom. We went with 4 other families and all were jealous of the bunk beds! We always stay around the pool so kids can swim at night. 5 minute walk to beach and we enjoy Rick's Sand Trap for bathroom and lunch. Only negative about unit was we only had a few eating utensils and a horrible skillet. Kitchen faucet needs to be tightened. Other than those, the kitchen had everything. We'll be booking 9130 for next year!!!

Very Nice Spacious Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice and spacious. It is located near one of the pools and close to the beach access as well. The condo looked clean, but we noticed within about 5 minutes of walking barefoot all of our feet were black. We mopped the floors the first night we were there which is not something you typically want to have to do when you first arrive. Customers are expected to pay a $350 cleaning fee so I would expect the condo to be clean upon arrival. As an owner, I would suggest bringing this up with housekeeping to make sure they're mopping well between guest stays for future guests.We also found a couple of roaches at different times in the kitchen so it may be time to have the exterminator company spray again.Despite these minor setbacks, we truly loved the condo, would stay here again, and would recommend it for future guests.

The second bedroom with the bunk beds are a plus for our children. We did have issues with the cable and had no tv until the last day. Owner would not provide any type of refund except for 10% off next year which is a joke. Basically, they hope we will forget by then or we may not even be there next year. Other than that, we couldn't be more pleased. We did have ants creep in and took over our sweets.

The staff was great, and took care of any concerns we had right away. The only complaint. The main pool that we specifically picked our condo next too was drained at 6:30 in the morning. So, we were woken up 2 mornings in a row by a loud pump just outside our condo. (condo rules: quiet time from 11pm to 8am). And we didn’t have the pool last 3 days of our stay. 2 others on property, a little further with no hot tubs. I would definitely stay there again. I get that things happen, but still a downer.

Cozy and convenient #9130

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last year we stayed in 9230 and loved it. This year, we chose to stay in the one underneath 9130. We liked it just as well if not better. The two bunk beds are ideal for our family. The condo was clean, however the dishwasher was difficult to open and the master bedroom closet door was off the rail. These were not huge inconveniences, however with the price for the condo, I do expect pretty much a perfect condo. I would recommend the condo particularly to those wanting a ground level and within walking distance to the ocean. Dinner at Louisiana Lia is a must while staying at Sand Piper.

Great

We had a great week. The only suggestion I would have is that they need more silverware. We only had 6 forks and spoons. So thst was annoying. Also no cookie sheet so we bought one. Other then that the beds were comfortable and the place is super cute. We will def stay there again.

The master bath is in pretty bad shape - the tub barely drains, there is mildew, the toilet seat is just about to come off due to loose screws. The kitchen is in the works of being redone - the fridge is brand new, so new we had to remove all of the styrofoam and tape and put it together. Kitchen light doesn't work all the time. The back door takes a lot of force to open and close.I'll stay at Sandpiper again, but would not recommend this particular unit.
