Great place to stay. Condo was located in a good location to pool, beach, and pickleball courts. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great being close to the beach. Our rental property was clean and spacious. We had issues with the code when we first got there due to we got the wrong code. Security guard that night when we arrived was not friendly. The back sliding door does not lock. We have stayed before at Sandpiper Cove and will definitely go back again

The screen door popped off the track everytime you opened it to go on the deck, we just left tif off until we left, it also had a tear in it. The dryer took FOREVER to dry anything. Over all it was good. Loved the private beach. Pools and hot tubs were nice.

The walk to the beach is easy and not far. This is about our 10th time staying at Sandpiper Cove. We love it here!! Our first time in this condo there; we will try to book this room next time. We loved it!

Amazing location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit very last minute. I was a little worried about the look of the furniture. lol seems dated. It was a completely updated couch and chair! The unit was huge compared to what I had imagined based off of what I seen. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The only thing that bothered me was the AC filter handing been changed in quite some time, ( I had allergies the whole time) seen filter the last day. The drive had a broken shelf and the dryer did NOT dry cloths and the master tub was extremely slow to drain. None of which I was mad about. It was a perfect place. Sandpiper Cove was a great facility!

Everything was good

No problems. Staff at place was very good and accommodated us on a mistake I made during booking. No complaints. Would recommend for families without pets that would travel with them.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at Sandpiper for several years now. But this year will probably be our last. First, they were so short staffed, we weren’t given access til 530 on check in day and nobody checked to see if our room was ready. The man in the office was rude and seemed like he was over worked and tired of dealing with customers. He shouldn’t be the person you talk to on the first day of vacation. The location is great. It’s right in the middle of Destin with restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Our unit 9225 was SEVERELY OUTDATED. The beds reminded me of summer camp 30 years ago. They were wore out, loud, and you could feel springs poking into your back all night. I’m not exaggerating either, the rv in our bed room was smaller than my laptop. I know you don’t go on vacation to watch tv, but at night or rainy days, it’s a great way to relax. Overall this location is great, but the property is run down. We’ll explore other options next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd condo since we decided to extended our trip. The master suite is good sized along with the master bath. The 2nd bedroom is also good sized along with its bath. Kitchen had everything you needed. My only complaint is th by e dryer didn’t work and probably just needs the lint cleaned out but it took many times for me to get one load of clothes dry, and the sliding glass doors wouldn’t slide very easy. But over all very pleased with this condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! We love Sandpiper Cove; we’ve been making trips down for many years. If I could improve one condo related item, I would love to see the sliding glass balcony door replaced, it was old and hard to open/close. The living room furniture has been updated from the floral set in the pictures, very nice! Loved the location in relation to the beach and resort pools, loved the view of the water, and loved that the condo had curtains to help with that early morning sun. Great stay! Plan on coming back next summer for sure!
