The mid-mod design house, sitting on one of the rare plots overseeing the Potomac and minutes away from Georgetown, Arlington, and Downtown DC, provides you with four bedrooms and four full baths and large living spaces totaling 4000+ sq ft. It has two king beds, two queen bed, two single beds, a pull-out mattress couch and an air mattress. Each of the five bedroom has its own full bathroom and shower. The main dining table extends out to fit 10 guests!

The house is designed impeccably and furnished with designer mid-century 70s decor to take you back to the heyday. Adrian Pearsall, Knoll, and Saarinen are all over! A vintage record player sits in the salon room, where you can listen to music and play board games. The large living room includes a pristine view of the Potomac and an exterior wrap-around balcony with an outdoor gas grill. Naturally, George Washington Parkway and scenic panorama viewpoints sit nearby.

The kitchen has a chef-size double fridge, freezers, and new tiles and counters. It is packed with everything to cook for family and friends, including multiple coffee machines, blender and juicer, hexclad and stainless steel pans, and wooden cutting boards.

The living rooms and a bedroom boast frame TVs and unique art pieces. Mattresses and bedding are all brand new. Rest assured, you will have an extremely comfortable stay in this exquisite design home.

Please keep the place clean! Take your shoes off to keep the furniture and rugs spotless.

No Parties, No Smoking, and No Events!

If you would like to use the indoor fireplace during your stay you must confirm that you have read and consent to the liabilty waiver and confirm your review of the safety guidelines. There is an additional $100 fee which pays for an additional fireplace cleaning fee and provides you with our firewood kit which includes two bundles of firewood and a starter kit. Please let us know if you plan on doing so.
