ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:

WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF GYM AND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT:
By staying in the property, all guests hereby understand and acknowledge that the gym and exercise equipment at the property may expose them to many inherent risks, including accidents, injury, illness, or even death. All guests assume all risk of injuries associated with their use of the gym and exercise equipment.

All guests agree, for themselves and anyone entitled to act on their behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE the hosts and owners of the property from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of their use of the gym and exercise equipment in the property. All guests are aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability, and voluntarily agree to its terms.

SPECIAL EVENTS:
We welcome photo shoots and filming, but these activities must be approved in advanced by the host. Any event (parties, receptions or similar gatherings) involving individuals besides the guests staying at the house must be approved in advance by the host and may be subject to an additional fee.

NO SMOKING:
Strictly no smoking inside of the house. Non-compliant guests will be assessed a $750 cleaning fee. If smoking outside, please do not leave cigarette butts visible in the yard or outside areas. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed if cigarette butts are visible inside or outside the house.

NO PETS:
No pets allowed.

NUMBER OF GUESTS:
Maximum number of guests is 7.

VISITORS:
Any visitors to the property other than registered guests in your party (including, but not limited to, relatives, friends and co-workers) must be approved in writing in advance with the property owner and may be subject to an additional fee. Failure to disclose visitors may result in the cancellation of your reservation and/or forfeiture of your security deposit.

LONG-TERM STAYS:
Long-term rentals are welcome. Rentals longer than 2 weeks are welcome and encouraged, but you must inquire and receive approval before booking.

GUEST SAFETY:
For everyone's safety, the property has outside security cameras facing the front door, side door and back yard door (entry points into the house). These cameras are always on. Blocking or tampering with the cameras is against house rules and may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund and/or forfeiture of your security deposit.

PRE-CHECK-OUT TASKS:
Please run the dishwasher and do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink or elsewhere in the property. Please take out the trash to the dumpster in the parking lot. No need to remove bedding or wash towels. Our cleaning crew will handle that.

EXTRA CLEANING FEE FOR EXCESS MESS:
Please be considerate. When we visit other properties, we always treat them as if they are our own place. PLEASE NOTE THAT AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE OF $150 WILL BE ASSESSED IF YOU LEAVE THE PROPERTY IN AN OVERLY MESSY STATE, INCLUDING DIRTY DISHES.
