The home was immaculately cleaned, beautifully decorated and so cozy and welcoming. Even had a little Christmas decor and a tree to welcome us. Quiet safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds. We had just come from my mother’s funeral and desperately needed some respite. The home was perfect for what we needed. When the soccer tournament we had come for was canceled as soon as we unpacked and sat down to relax, the owner was so wonderful to us. He worked with us and went above and beyond to help. It’s a treasure to find that good people still exist in this world. I would highly recommend this property and again send my deepest thanks to the owner.

Lovely house. Kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked quite well. Plenty of seating in the living room. Bedrooms had lots of closet space and all mattresses were quite comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and had great shower heads. The only issue we had was there was no toilet that was ADA compliant for a couple of us with knee issues but we managed! Neighborhood was very quiet. Host was very helpful with a couple of questions we had and was very quick to reply. Highly recommend this property!

The house was very clean and felt extremely comfortable and homey. The beds were great. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our down time. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool table. Communication with the homeowner was goodwe had no wifi after the first night. He did try to send a technician out but we were away from the house much of our days. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very nice place to stay and chatch up with friends and family! This was the halfway point for my siblings and i to spend a weekend together. The host was very helpfully to make sure check in and check out went as smoothly as possible! The home is in a very nice family friendly neighborhood. Wr will definitely be back when we decide to do a get-together again!

Great place and a great host

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at this Private St Peter’s home. I was in town with my wife and kids for a family get together and this place couldn’t have been better. I loved the central location to highways and amenities, I loved how spacious it was for the family, and most of all, I loved how CLEAN it was. We had one tiny maintenance issue the host called me 5 minutes after I messaged him and had it fixed before we got back from lunch. I found that extremely impressive and professional. I will definitely stay at this place next time we’re in town. Highly recommend

Wonderful Stay

House was wonderful and worked out well. We were in town for a family reunion and had 3-familes stay at the house (6 adults and 4 children under 3 years old). House was well kept and owner was very communicative. There was a long list of house rules, but none of them were really restrictive, but it was quite a lengthy read. One of the bedrooms was in the basement, which caught us by surprise, but it all worked out. We would absolutely stay again.

Friends for 50 years gathering

This was the perfect location to get together with old friend who now live in 4 different states. Plenty of room for all and clean and comfortable. Lovely neighborhood and close to fun places to explore!

Wedding Weekend

The property met all our needs. Easy drive to airport and local groceries, restaurants, and more. The accommodations were comfortable . The host was prompt with communication. We will book here again when in the area.

We had a great time during our stay. The property was clean and beautiful. The only thing that was not right was the pictures in this app, which stated that it sleeps 10. It also showed bunkbeds and there were no bunkbeds and it does not sleep ten. It was 7 of us and one of us had to sleep on the couch which was not a pullout couch. Other than that it was great.

Family birthday fun

Great home with enough space for 12 of us to celebrate a family birthday! We cooked, ate, played pool, watched movies and enjoyed a few walks around the neighborhood when it wasn’t raining. It was a cozy home. Do wish we could’ve gotten the fireplace going and if it hasn’t been raining we definitely would’ve enjoyed the cute back yard/fire pit. A wonderful time had by all!

Family Together

The house worked out fine as we were in and out visiting family in the area that were close by. We were able to grill and have nice meals at the rental. The back yard is small but the patio is nice. Confortable beds. The kids enjoyed the pool table downstairs. Overall it worked out nice.

This place is great

This place is setup really well. Everything is very clean, comfortable, and stocked. Pool table was in great shape and we made good use of it. The back yard was nice with a couple of resident rabbits just laying around. The beds were all comfortable.
