A beautiful newly renovated apartment centrally located on Main St. in Coshocton, OH. Situated within a few blocks of 4 great restaurants, several shops, Court Square and library. Only a short distance to Roscoe Village, breweries, wineries, Lake Park and Kids America Sports Complex. This apartment includes a partially equipped kitchen, cozy living room with a TV and bedroom all overlooking our historic downtown. You must be able to climb stairs to get to this lovely third floor space.
You can enjoy city living and be situated close to anything you might need. Originally built as a hotel back in 1915, we've tried to keep the old charm by refinishing the original floors and embracing the basic layout. Boutique-style apartments. The bathrooms and kitchens are very small but nice.
Other things to note
There is one thermostat per floor to control the temperature. We typically have is set at 70 degrees to please most. (There are not individual apartment thermostats.) A fan or heater can be supplied if needed.
EV charging station is just a block away! 3 located within 1 mile.

The Renaissance On Main is truly a rebirth of Coshocton history. Originally built as the Coshocton Hotel, the building was renovated into apartments in the late 1940s. Now the apartments have been restored to their glory and are a beautiful place to spend your time in Coshocton County. (Just click on the Places To Stay link to find whatâs available)
