GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive access to the cabin and outdoor spaces of the house. There are several viewpoints and a river hike within a short walk of the cabin.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Due to the nature of our mountain location, our home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2–3 hours. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount.

While we have the fastest internet available, you may find that reliability and speed at the base of the mountain is not the same as in the city. A collection of games and a hot tub are available to pass the time if the internet is out.

While infrequent, you may encounter our staff as they maintain the hot tub and exterior grounds. Hot tub maintenance is conducted once per week and typically takes less than 15 minutes. The hot tub can usually be used 30 minutes after service is complete. If a water change is necessary, the hot tub will take 4–5 hours to reach the desired temperature. Hot tub use is not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions, guests with skin sensitivities, or children. Please consult your doctor if this applies to you.

Grill, patio furniture, and hammocks are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

While we strive to maintain our property and ensure all amenities are guest-ready, there is a chance an amenity may be unavailable or an item missed by our cleaning team. If that happens, you may choose to check out for a full refund of the unused nights. If you stay, the full reservation cost will be charged. Partial refunds are not provided for any reason.

Visitors are not allowed on the property at any time. Please ensure all guests are registered at booking; rates change based on group size. Infants must be registered as children and are included in the home’s maximum occupancy.

PET POLICY
-We allow up to two dogs that are at least 2 years old.
-Pet fee is $60 per dog.
-No other animals/pets are allowed. A $250 fee is charged for unregistered dogs.
-Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
-Dogs are only allowed on hard surface areas (kitchen, family room).
-Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms or lofts.
-While we prefer dogs not be on furniture, sofa covers and blankets are provided if needed.
-All waste must be picked up, and dog hair removed before departure.
-Dogs must be leashed and stay off neighbors' property.
