Cozy apartment located on one of the prestigious walk streets of Manhattan Beach. Fabulous furnished garden patio, with BBQ/Grill for outdoor dining. Perfect for families, couples or single person who wants to enjoy beach living. Sleeps a total 4 guests. 1 Queen bed + Queen Sofa bed.
Highly desirable location - 3 min walk to the beach & The Strand. 5 min walk to cafes. 8 min stroll to downtown Manhattan Beach, the pier. 2 min walk to the Tennis Courts @ Live Oak Park. Only 12 min from LAX. Garage parking space included.

Location, location, location! A wonderful location on a walk street. Very peaceful. Ocean view from the patio. Could easily walk to many venues in downtown Manhattan Beach as well as walk to the beach. Would gladly stay here again.

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, convenient parking, close to everything I needed, but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was incredibly responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous place. It is spacious and had everything we needed inside (kitchen essentials) and for hanging out at the beach (chairs, towels, ice chest, beach bag). The location is probably the best part. We walked to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, shops and bars. Spent lots of time walking on the strand, people watching and admiring the beachfront houses. When we were tired of walking, we used Uber. The owner responded to my questions quickly and was so accommodating. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a fist bump!

What a great place in a perfect location. Walkable/bikeable to great beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. We stayed here for 10 days for my daughter’s beach volleyball tournaments and this was exactly what we needed. The bedroom was perfect for my wife and I, while my daughter slept on one of the couches. There is a pull-out in the living area, but my daughter preferred to sleep on the couch. For a one bedroom place, this is spacious. The front dining nook was a great area for me to get some work done during our stay. The front courtyard and bbq area was amazing! This was probably my favorite area of this property. Oh
the garage parking was so nice, too. Thank you so much for the opportunity to call this home for the past 10 days!

Manhattan Beach Magic

Better than advertised. The space was clean, fun, and the outdoor space was fabulous. Our hosts were accommodating and very friendly. A total pleasure. So close to all that Manhattan beach has to offer.

Excellent place to stay at Manhattan beach

Josette place is a lovely apartment and an excellent choice to stay at Manhattan beach. It’s walking distance to main attractions and you have your parking spot secure. She is an excellent host and Manhattan beach worths a stay
