Welcome to the Niangua Lodge! This 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom home has lots of sleeping space and boasts of breathtaking VIEWS OF TABLE ROCK LAKE as well as all the entertainment options available for a vacation full of amazing memories!

The Space:
Welcome to our spacious five-bedroom retreat! Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed for your comfort, with king beds in Bedrooms 1, 4, and 5, and two bunk beds in Bedroom 2, plus two queen beds in Bedroom 3. Outside, you'll find a private oasis with amenities galore. Take a dip in the neighborhood pool, shared with just five homes, or enjoy the breathtaking views from the outdoor living area. Challenge your friends to a game of shuffleboard. And when it's time to relax, sink into the hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire pit. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking supplies you need to prepare delicious meals for your group. Or fire up the gas grill on the patio for a BBQ with a view of the Ozark hills. Whether you're indoors or outdoors, this retreat has everything you need for a memorable getaway with family and friends.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the ENTIRE HOME as well as access to the neighborhood amenities just across the parking lot, an OUTDOOR POOL (open seasonally) and a wonderful children's PLAYGROUND!

The Neighborhood:
One of Branson's newest lake communities, Chateau Ridge delivers picturesque view of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains. Only 5 homes on the very top of the hill with the BEST view in Branson.

Getting Around:
Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
