Entry is dingy and smells badly of cat urine. Living room is smallest room and seats 2 comfortably. The kitchen is ok. Nothing special but ok. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. AC units in both bedrooms worked great. Didn’t love the parking situation but nothing bad happened during the 5 night stay so may have been worried about nothing. Lots of homeless in the area and city as a whole.

Amenities were poorly maintained, and the condition of the loft was rough. There's leftover rice/food stains in some of the tupperware, dirty knives, under the sink was a cluster, the toilet seat is cracked, the tub is poorly caulked, and despite the furnace constantly running, heat barely stayed in the bedrooms. I slept on the couch both nights because of poor temperature control, excessive noise leaking in from outside, and the top stair for the top loft IS NOT SAFE. That stairwell needs to be rebuilt before someone falls through. Lastly, despite communicating about missing amenities, the team failed to bring them despite saying they would.

The apartment itself is lovely. There is one reason I would not stay here is there is a horrible gut wrenching smell in hallway and the entire apartment. At first we thought someone was cooking with very intense spices until we got inside apartment and it smelled the same with same intensity. This smell did not go away for the two days we were there. Only relief we got was when opening windows. Luckily had air freshener in the car. There were plug-ins but only one had deodorizer in it. The host was nice and relatively responsive though I had to ask for check in details multiple times. Bring your own towels as ones at property have seen a better day. Bed was comfortable. Main bedroom is next to street so it is loud from traffic and screaming people at one point. Do not shut door to attic bedroom. My son got locked in. Safe area and good location

The neighborhood was less than desirable. The property is tiny and dingy.There are 2 steep flights if stairs, neither one has a railing. The Vrbo advertises parking. There is only street parking, if you can find it. Otherwise, you need to potentially park blocks away. We were not notified of an annual race where the streets are shut down. When i went to move my car before the posted time, it was already towed costing 200 to retrieve and a ticket for 135. There was food left in the refrigerator and an open package of Italian sausage in the freezer right on top of the ice cubes. The AC units are extremely noisy. There are chords and power strips hanging from the ceiling in the living room. The only bathroom barely fits a small adult and we were only given 4 small towels for 3 people for 2 nights. There was a dirty mop standing up in the kitchen and coffee left in the coffee pot. The top step to the upstairs bedroom was unstable and we didn't receive any communication regarding how to enter the property or where to park until an hour before checking in.

horrible experience. property manager cancelled 4hours before check in. i was on the phone with 3 supervisors for more than 2 hours and nobody was willing to make ammends for a last minute double booking. i am extremely upset with this company and how they handled my situation with my 70 year old father as my companion. i will be documenting this experience on social media if this company cannot make amendeds for its egregious errors.
