Rise `N Shine brings you a newly updated loft home with 3 bedrooms (3 queen), 2.5BA, huge garage with bar, loads of parking, & 3 sliding glass doors that lead to the 40 foot balcony overlooking Main St Sturgis! This is a super fun and convenient spot that makes for an amazing vacation experience whether you`re a family with kids, friend groups, or couples! Proximity to attractions & surrounding towns is impeccable with Mt Rushmore 45min, Deadwood 15min, Spearfish Canyon 15min, & Custer1hr 15min
Spacious rooms, updated aesthetic, and a great location. The most frequent comment we get from guests is how `cool and unique` this rental is. Unlike anything in our area and you won`t be disappointed! Large driveway and a big outdoor area great for our grilling or hanging by the firepit. Our covered balcony can`t be beat at 40` long and a great view of downtown Sturgis (1 block away), complete with lounge chairs. Located centrally in the Black Hills and close to ATV trails, hiking, lakes, hunting, fishing, biking, and tons of other activities the Black Hills offers. Garage is accessible for vehicles or motorcycles. It`s a great spot to get the family together with plenty of room to spare!
Layout:
First Floor:
2 Stall garage below the loft house. 1 bathroom with shower, stool, and vanity in garage. Back man door leads to back yard/parking, side man door leads to loft house staircase, and 2 garage doors that open up to the driveway.
Second Floor: 3 Queen bedrooms, Kitchen/dining room, 2 bathrooms (1 is en suite), and large livingroom. Living room, kitchen, and 1 guest bedroom have sliding door access to 40` balcony overlooking downtown.
Guests are welcome in all rooms throughout the house in addition to the garage.
Brandi will be available as your point of contact throughout your stay. Questions about our home or the Black Hills area are welcome!
Located on a quiet street but close to downtown. Great view of downtown from the balcony. Less than 1 block from Main Street and 1 block from the grocery store.
We have a large driveway and additional parking behind the apartment
Feel free to use the propane fire pit and BBQ out front. Internet download speed is 62MBPS and upload speed is 18MBPS
MUST BE 21 TO RESERVE
Our home is suitable for children, however be mindful that there is a second story balcony. Absolutely NO underage alcohol consumption is permitted here. Guests will be escorted out by police if you are under 21 and consuming alcohol on the property. No large parties are permitted as it`s disruptive to our neighbors.
