⚓ The Best Dock on Lake Nacimiento

Not all docks are created equal. Many homes have private docks; however, once Lake Nacimiento`s water level drops below 60% capacity, many docks start to become inaccessible to boats or are located in shallow, hard-to-navigate coves. This dock is the last one inside the marina, perfectly positioned inside the marina barrier before open water, ensuring reliable access regardless of lake levels.

-All boats are subject to mussel inspection and must not have been in a mussel-infested lake, river, or ocean in the past 30 days, or will be required to quarantine.

The property was perfect! Our extended family of 11 stayed there with 6 adults and 5 kids. The kids had an amazing time fishing, playing pool, put put, pickleball and watching TV in the media room. Adults enjoyed the views, excellent kitchen, and the copious amount of room at the house! The hosts were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very well equipped. What a relaxing weekend and perfect for a Thanksgiving Holiday retreat!

Great summer vacation!!!

We had a great stay at this amazing lake side home!! There are a lot of stairs involved but it didn’t slow us down. We took advantage of the indoor/outdoor living! Also Nick, the host, was great. Easy and quick communication. We enjoyed the community pool one evening as well. We are looking forward to our next stay already!

This property was an absolute standout and made my birthday weekend perfect for our group of 8.The home is gorgeous—modern, incredibly spacious, and spread across multiple stories in a way that works perfectly for a larger group. There are multiple entertaining areas and separate dining spaces both inside and outside with pocket doors, so everyone could be together without ever feeling crowded. Gorgeous views across all the stories and modern appliances. We had everything we needed and had only brought ingredients for cocktails, pizza, and breakfast. The outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the lake was spacious and felt brand new. The wood-fired pizza oven was a highlight and something truly unique. Nicko was also very responsive and reliable, and he even coordinated stopping by to give us a quick tour so we could make the most of everything. He brought us paddle boards and some water activities, as well as setting up a charger for my friend's electric vehicle. Our favorite stay by far and we can’t wait to return and enjoy it again!

We have been fortunate to visit Lake Naci many times over the years- and this home truly stood out as something special. It beautifully blends the charm of a traditional Lakefront home with a fresh modern eclectic feel. The views are amazing!! There was plenty of space for everyone with 4 levels to spread out. Our group consisted of 12 people, ages from 15-60. If you have a boat, this place is perfect with your own private covered slip/dock. The Launch ramp is very close to the home and not crowded. There is full kitchen with high end appliances. The owner has definitely thought of every detail for this home. The outside bar b que area and the pizza oven are amazing. A special thank you to Niko for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. He was always a call or text away if we needed anything, which made everything feel effortless. Definitely one of the best vacation rentals our family has stayed in. We look forward to coming back.

Private dock lake front fun

The welcoming view when you walk into the house is incredible, huge views of the lake immediately!The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to cook while enjoying the view.Beds were comfortable and everyone slept well after days on the lake.The jacuzzi is a great touch to a lake weekend!The private dock with both shade and sun and room for a boat and jet skis really made the stay special. Such a great way to enjoy the lake in the protected marina and a fun easy way to get into the lake anytime you want!The whole group with kids and adults had a great time.Be aware it’s a 4 level house with many stairs to get from level to level and down to the dock. The bedroom with the 2 full beds and twin bed is on a separate level and you need to walk outside and go upstairs to reach the main house, just to consider if your putting kids there to sleep.Nick who was our point of contact was great, easy to work with, a great communicator and made the stay even better!
