The cottage was exceptionally clean! It was well appointed with decor and furnishings. If we so chose, there was a coffee/tea bar and family friendly games. It has a great location on the strip however, it may be the time of year we went but, was super quiet.

We had the best time celebrating a 40th birthday getaway here! The home was spotless when we arrived and had plenty of space for the four of us to spread out and relax. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Every detail was thoughtfully set up, making our stay stress-free and comfortable. It was the perfect spot for our group, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was adorable. Well stocked and plenty of room for our group of 4. It is within walking distance of town. Coffee bar was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a pleasant little cottage! For the past several years, my boyfriend & I have celebrated his birthday at GOTL. Your cottage has by far been the best place we’ve stayed!!! It was clean, cozy, & comfortable. Prior to arrival I was a tad concerned about if it was truly going to be large enough to accommodate our group but it was perfect! No one felt crowded or that privacy was compromised. It was decorated so nicely & offered extra touches that are overlooked by some other places we e stayed.. The location was PERFECT! I love how easy it was to walk to both the strip & the park! Thanks for contributing to such an awesome weekend! Hopefully it will be available next year as well!

Great location very nice house

This house is in a great location with just about a 30 second walk to the strip. Clean house, great space for multiple couples and friendly host. **Highly recommended**

My friends and I stayed at Linnys place for a weekend winery getaway to celebrate my birthday. Not only was this place immaculate, it was fully stocked with anything you could need! We really appreciated the amount of towels and washcloths for the bathroom. The location is perfect- out of the noise from the bars but walkable to all the action. And you can even see the lake from the front door! The place was so cute and I can’t wait to be a repeat guest in the future. Maybe even bring my kids next time :)

Perfect house on GOTL!

The house was just perfect and exactly as described. Close enough to walk to the strip yet far enough away from the noisy night life. We are a family of 6 and we comfortably slept within the 4 beds. Linny was amazing to work with, communication was perfect and the house was spotless when we arrived. If we ever get back, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your house with us for the weekend!

I had my first visit to Geneva-On-The-Lake in 2013 with my then-boyfriend, who is now my husband. He grew up in Ashtabula County and often visited GOTL. I immediately fell in love with it! I loved being so close to the lake, and the residents and visitors were always cheerful and enjoying themselves. Everyone was so friendly!

We knew we wanted to be at least weekend residents, so we began our search for a cottage. After achieving that goal, we realized how much fun it would be to host visitors and vacationers, so we decided to add additional properties to start a short-term rental business. It has always been my dream to manage properties. I truly enjoy hosting and contributing to the success of this charming little resort town.
