Experience a unique coastal getaway at Montgomery Studio, a distinctive one-story artist's studio nestled on the scenic Indian Point in Georgetown, Maine. Designed in 1963 by the renowned John Calvin Stevens' firm and lovingly built by the artist, this home offers a truly special ambiance. Situated on a granite and malachite cliff overlooking the open Atlantic Ocean, Montgomery Studio provides breathtaking views and a sense of serene inspiration. Perfect for couples and small groups, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed to help you relax!

Architectural Charm: Discover a home with vaulted ceilings, a built-in library with a rolling ladder, and a grand (untuned) piano, all contributing to its artistic character.
