Small dining table in the kitchen with seating for four. Extra chairs are in the closet, if more seating is preferred.

LIVING ROOM AREA:
Large sectional couch to seat your whole group, 58 in. TV, electric fireplace, blankets and pillows.

SMALL TV ROOM:
Private room with futon and 58 in. TV. We have a futon mattress, sheets, and pillows for a single sleeper.

BEDROOM #1
First floor bedroom with queen sized bed and small closet. A sound machine is provided for this bedroom.

BEDROOM #2
Master suite on the second floor featuring a king sized bed and closet.

BEDROOM #3
Second floor bedroom with a queen sized bed, daybed with trundle (can be used as 2 twin beds), small nook with a comfy chair, and closets.

BEDROOM #4
Second floor bedroom with a queen sized bed, dresser, and closet.

BATHROOM #1
First floor bathroom with shower.

BATHROOM #2
Second floor bathroom with bathtub/shower.

OUTDOOR AREA:
Fire pit area with electric fire pit. Grill. Outdoor dining set. Large yard.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
Sight and Sound Theater, Kitchen Kettle Village, Strasburg Railroad, and Dutch Wonderland are all within a 15 minute drive.

All the water is filtered well water and is safe to drink.

Please bring milk, if you would like to make lattes with the espresso machine. Coffee beans and syrups are provided.
