Vous cherchez un endroit unique pour créer des souvenirs avec votre groupe? Cherchez pas plus loin! Ferme historique rénovée construite dans les années 1700 par les premiers colons de Paradise. Ramené à la vie avec des touches modernes et des commodités - tous situés au centre entre Intercourse, Paradise, Bird in Hand et Strasburg. Nous sommes également à 45 minutes du parc Hershey! Un endroit vraiment unique qui a beaucoup de caractÚre! Juste à cÎté de notre autre liste appelée "Paradise Place" -Parfait pour les réunions de famille!

L'espace:
Venez rester dans une partie de l'histoire du paradis! Cette maison a été construite à la fin des années 1700 et est depuis devenue une résidence. Nous en avons fait un lieu de séjour idéal pour profiter de la région et de la maison. C'est une maison de 4 chambres 3 salles de bains.

C'est une vieille maison avec beaucoup de charme et de caractÚre. Attendez-vous à des portes et des poignées de porte d'époque correctes, des poutres en bois et de vrais murs en pierre, tous dotés de touches modernes, comme l'air central, pour l'amener au XXIe siÚcle.

Cette maison accueille quatre chambres à coucher avec 5 lits queen et un canapé-lit - une chambre au sous-sol, avec le reste des chambres à l'étage. Une salle de bain à l'étage principal, avec les deux autres salles de bains à l'étage. Les trois salles de bains sont des salles de bain complÚtes pour accueillir les invités. L'entrée à la cuisine et à la salle à manger se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, avec des escaliers pour les chambres à coucher.

Parfait pour les groupes avec beaucoup d'espace pour se rassembler à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, mais beaucoup d'espace pour "s'évader" et avoir la vie privée.

Cette maison est peut-ĂȘtre ancienne, mais elle a de nouvelles fenĂȘtres, une climatisation moderne, une cuisine de ferme moderne, une plomberie moderne et un systĂšme Ă©lectrique, ainsi que tout le nĂ©cessaire pour loger un groupe confortablement!

Nous sommes Ă  45 minutes du parc Hershey et Ă  seulement 10 minutes de Sight and Sound, de Dutch Wonderland et de Cherry Crest. Tant de choses Ă  faire si prĂšs!

What a beautiful place to gather! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage! Lots of places to sleep, lovely outdoor space to enjoy, ample parking space, and an all around excellent choice for special family gatherings. It was everything we were hoping for and more. Highly recommend!!

Plenty of room / great location

This is a very nice house! Only 10 minutes from Sight and Sound and train museum. Comfortably slept 12 with use of a very nice rollaway bed. My mattress was a little dated but just fine. The hot tub is a nice touch after a long day out and about. Oh, hit the “jet” button twice for harder intensity. If you have younger children, bring your own toys although the house was quite kid friendly except for the stairs. We did find a child gate later on. We loved the fact that all of us could sit at the main table together for dinner. If we go back to the area, we will definitely look to see if the place is available again. Thanks!

Charming

We really enjoyed our time at this home. Plenty of space. Very cozy and welcoming. Love the charm of this 1700s home. We were close to everything that we wanted to be close to. The only items I would suggest attention to are: the ice machine was incredibly slow. Buy a bag of ice on your way into town. Also, only 1 garbage bag was not enough for our stay. Lastly the hot tub was a nice bonus, but it had tons of foam and was very cloudy and smelled strongly of chemicals. All in all we absolutely loved this home. Thanks for having us.

Amish Get-Away

Very historical, homey destination. Ample space to spread out in different areas or be together for tv or games or visiting. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Outside space is beautifully landscaped with large yard, patio with swing, fire pit, large table
Great for morning coffee or evening time together lit up with string lights! Well-stocked kitchen, nice appliances, large farm table with plenty of space for a large family. If we return again next year for Sights and Sounds, we’d like to rent again!

Labor Day weekend trip

Very nice home just minutes away from Dutch Wonderland, Tanger and Rockvale Outlets and all of the other Lancaster attractions. The home was very clean and just as advertised in the listing. We definitely recommend staying at this home and look forward to renting it again in the future.

Spooky Nook Get away

We were 3 dads and their teenage boys in for 🏀 tournament from Boston. Approx 30 min away and provided very relaxing, clean, and comfortable home. A farmhouse atmosphere but with updates/renovated bathrooms and kitchen, and the tired out boys loved the hot tub. The kitchen was so accommodating for the couple of dinners we made at home. No Better Place To Make Memories!

This was the second year my husband and I booked this property for a long weekend getaway with our children/spouses and grandchildren. The property is an 1850 stone home that kept many of the antique elements in tact, such as some interior doors with unique orig hardware, yet all the needed modern amenities. There is a large grassy yard for the children to play & a patio with a gas fire pit, Adirondack chairs & picnic table for the adults to relax. The location was central to all, house was clean & well maintained, with comfortable beds. A child gate was in the upstairs closet that was helpful to block off the stairs at night for our littlest one traveling with us. Another thoughtful touch for those, was the Easter/Spring decor on the beautifully set dining room table, mantle in the kitchen & a couple of Happy Easter pillows in the den. Little details mean a lot. The host was prompt in response to contact & our family would recommend this home to others.

Lovely weekend!

We had a lovely weekend and appreciated the coziness of this home. The beds we’re comfortable and we enjoyed the special touches that the owners shared through the offered inventory of tea bags, Lancaster coffee and local soft drinks. A couple of things you might want to check into
there were small ants in the dishwasher both times prior to running, a new can opener would be beneficial, and we had difficulty getting the bottom of the blender out of the blender base. Thanks for a wonderful opportunity to spend time with friends of almost 50 years!
