Situated in the heart of South Kihei, you're just steps from Kamaole Beach I, top-rated restaurants, and boutique shopping. Guests also enjoy full access to resort-style amenities at Ali'i Kai, including a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, pickleball, shuffleboard, and beautifully maintained tropical gardens.
Inside, the open loft-style condo features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams that blend modern comfort with island charm. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 75” Samsung Smart TV, making it easy to unwind after a beach day.
The kitchen is both elegant and functional, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar—ideal for your morning coffee or casual meals.
The main-floor bedroom has a king-size bed, another Smart TV, and is just steps away from a remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the open loft bedroom includes a second king-size bed and stunning ocean views. Please note that the loft is open to the living area below and offers limited privacy.

**Additional Info about the Home** • Parking: Our unit is in the front row of the complex, closest to the beach. While there's a small lot in front of Buildings A & B, it's often full. The main guest parking is located behind Buildings C & D. We recommend pulling into the front lot briefly to unload, then relocating your vehicle to the upper lot. Be sure to park in a space marked “Guest.” Finding a guest spot right in front of the unit is rare—but lucky if you do! 😊 • Elevator Access: There is an elevator in the building, located closest to the lower parking lot. Please note, there is a short staircase of 10 steps leading to the elevator. After that, there are no more stairs between the elevator and the unit, offering easy access to this top-floor home. • Hawaii's Natural Environment: Hawaii's beautiful tropical climate is part of what makes the islands so special—but it also comes with some unique aspects of island living. Occasional sightings of ants, cockroaches, termites, or geckos are common in Hawaiian homes and are not a reflection of cleanliness. To ensure a comfortable stay, we include routine pest control as part of our regular maintenance, just like professional cleaning. While we do our best to minimize any pest activity, the environment can still bring the occasional visitor. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the full experience of island life!
**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • 📅 Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 180 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
**House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
