The lush grassy oceanfront grounds of the complex are equally wonderful for a morning stroll or a quiet afternoon in the fresh ocean air.

Every corner of this bright and airy unit has been lovingly updated. New tile floors flow through the main living areas, the bathrooms have been fully remodeled, and the oversized kitchen has been upgraded with everything you could need, from a cooking range and oven to a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and a full set of dishes and cookware. Both bedrooms are generous and restful, each featuring a king size bed. The property is smoke free, and one parking space is included per unit. For the comfort and security of everyone, exterior cameras are in place throughout the common areas of the complex.
