Maison de plage rustique et pittoresque en Floride - Vue imprenable sur la plage et l'océan

Cette maison vous permet de vraiment découvrir la plage de Fernandina - c'est comme remonter le temps! Il n'y a rien à battre assis sur la balançoire du porche avant profiter de la belle brise et d'une vue à tomber par terre. C'est ça les vacances!

La maison n'est pas tout à fait sur la plage - il y a une route publique de sable devant la maison - mais ne laissez pas cela vous dissuader de cette partie magnifique et pour la plupart isolée de la plage.

La maison a un salon / salle à manger ouvert et 4 chambres lumineuses, toutes avec des ventilateurs de plafond, donnent sur le salon - 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain de chaque côté de la pièce principale et des planchers de bois franc partout.

La cuisine est au fond de la pièce principale, séparée de la table à manger par un petit coin bar. Bien qu'il soit petit et compact, il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer votre repas préféré. Le lave-vaisselle est un appareil portable, alors n'oubliez pas de suivre les instructions!

Il y a une terrasse extérieure au large de la cuisine avec des chaises et un gril à gaz - c'est un vrai bain de soleil l'après-midi. Et bien sûr, à l'avant de la maison est le porche très mignon - ouvert à l'air marin magnifique et au bruit des vagues - vous pouvez vous asseoir ici sur les chaises berçantes et regarder les dauphins faire un spectacle.

C'est une ancienne maison de plage typique de la Floride - avec beaucoup de charme et de personnalité. Il y a une télévision parabolique dans la pièce principale avec lecteur DVD et juste pour être un peu «moderne», il y a le Wi-Fi - mais pas de téléphone. Venez séjourner ici pour vous éloigner de tout - vous adorerez la «sensation d'antan».

Great Girls Weekend!

Plenty of room - never ran out of hot water (5 of us). Wonderful ocean view and easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We were a group of seven women over the age of 50 and absolutely loved our stay! We are beach combers and treasure hunters seeking out cool stuff from nature to turn it into art. This Charming Beach house was perfect and has a great view of the ocean where we spent every morning watching the sunrise. Everything about our visit was perfect. And I can’t say enough about Amelia Island! One of the best east coast “old” towns to visit! Shopping, music, entertainment, Fort Clinch!; it’s all there and very laid back. Thank you Lee! Your place is so cool…

Lovely Beach Cottage!

This was the perfect little beach cottage! Amazing location, being just steps away from beach access. Loved how charmingly it was furnished, and how spacious it felt! I also really appreciated how helpful the property manager was. Overall a fantastic experience!

Cozy beach cottage

If you are looking for a clean, simple rental on the beach- this is for you. The beds are comfortable and there is a big table for family dinners or playing games. The front porch is great in the afternoon for drying off from the beach and catching the cool breezes from the ocean.

We enjoyed the “Beachhouse” location. It was adequately furnished and clean. For those who like the ocean or walking the beach it is a perfect spot. Also quiet neighborhood in November.

So on the beach!

Roomy and right on the beach. It was lovely to swing on the deck and see the ocean and feel the breeze. Cannot beat the price for oceanfront. I would rent again.

Beachside gem

We loved our stay at this little beach front home. Lee was very responsive and we felt comfort and satisfied here. I cant wait to come back and experience this place again, the location couldn’t be better. It had lots of room and comfortable beds for a small group and we loved the big open living area for games, etc. I personally loved the little quirks of this place. Truly a hidden gem.

Perfect girl getaway

We were 6 ladies on our annual vacation, and we’re so fortunate to have found this lovely beach house in Fernandina Beach. There were plenty of beds, the kitchen was well stocked, and the long table was perfect for games or large puzzles. The porch was the place to be for sunrises, they were a delight to behold each morning. The location was perfect, we went in to town at least once a day to eat or shop. All in all, a great place to stay!

We love this house!!

This house is very charming. It’s old and quirky with an amazing front porch. Fresh paint on all the walls and updated bathrooms. Easy walk to beach. Rhona, the propriety is very sweet, we had problems with the stove one night and she promptly fixed the problem and treated us to a gift card to a local restaurant, for our inconvenience. We will definitely be back.

This house was exactly what we were hoping for. The front porch was everyone’s favorite! The cool breeze off the ocean was so great. You cannot see the waves crashing from the porch but can hear them and feel the ocean breeze! The walk to the beach was not bad at all. My 80 year old mom walked to the beach every day. Your on a dirt road and feel like you are at the locals part of the beach. We also LOVED the historic town of Fernandina Beach. Coffee shops, quaint little diners, ice cream shops, shopping and super friendly people! Very historic with old beautiful buildings. Then arriving back at this little old house on the beach just felt right. A hotel room would not have been the same vibe. Would love to come back and hope we can!! The first night we were there the ac quit working. Texted Lee and had an ac company come fix it in 30 minutes!

Quaint beach side cottage

The beach cottage was clean and pleasantly decorated. Their was 6 in our party , so the teenagers each got their own bedroom . The front porch was wonderful in the afternoon and evening with a view of the sand dunes and great ocean breeze. The back porch was great in the morning for a cup of coffee or reading. The kitchen was well supplied with pots/pans/ mixer and other items to fix meals. There is also a grill on the back porch. It is 150 steps to the boardwalk from the porch. We have stayed at various condos and houses in Fernandina Beach over the last 20 years. This one was my favorite. It is not lavishly furnished- but comfortable and spacious for a family of 6 at the beach.
