We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest.

My book club scheduled a 3 night stay to celebrate my birthday, and will not stop gushing about it. We already can't wait for our next retreat! Several book club members even sent the listing to their families to plan beachside vacations in 2026. We especially loved:- everything in the (extensively stocked) kitchen is labeled, so you knew exactly what something was and where it went.- that there are spare wheelchairs and a ramp in the garage, making it very accessible- EV charger in the garage- so cleverly and attractively decorated, we wanted to move right in- how close it is (5 min drive or less) to both Manzanita and Nehalem, with plenty of businesses to support (we highly recommend The Happy Elephant)

Beautiful property only a 1/4 mile from the beach and only a mile from the quaint little town of Manzanita. Our family stayed for an entire week and every amenity we needed was there. The landscaping, complete with a fire pit, is lovely as well. There is plenty of room for everyone, even if you need time apart. Would definitely recommend, and would come again down the road.

Kitchen was clean and well equipped. We did not need to contact host during stay. Some in group know Manzanita well. Rooms were clean and met our needs. We did not use hot tub.

We were so pleased with this house and our stay was wonderful. It was perfect for our family get away. Everything was neatly organized, the house was large and well ordered. There was room for everyone to spread out to play games, sit in the hot tub or roast hot dogs and marshmallows at the fire pit. We have told others about the house and plan to return for another trip. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Stunning!

This is an absolutely stunning home! It's even more luxurious than the photos, in my opinion. Our group of 5 adults and two littles had a lot of room to stretch out, sleep, and make plenty of meals in the very well stocked kitchen. As a short-term rental owner myself, I was very impressed! Location was great as it was a short walk to the beach and short drive into the cute "town" of Manzanita . Also only about 20 minutes up to Cannon Beach was great too. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Red Bridge Cottage

We had an amazing stay at this home! The place is very cozy, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, which we really appreciated. The area is peaceful and quiet, and it’s just a 7-minute walk to the ocean. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!
