Welcome to our Charming Lakefront Cottage, located in South Clermont, just 20 minutes from Downtown Orlando, Walt Disney World, and all the exciting Central Florida attractions. Nestled on the serene Lake Sawgrass, this peaceful countryside retreat offers fishing, kayaking, boating, and other watersports activities.

There are several team members around the property daily, and other family members that live onsite. The host is also always available.

Our estate, owned by the host's family for nearly 60 years, includes multiple homes and permanent residences, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.


Guests have full access to the cottage and waterfront facilities at Clermont Watersports Complex, offering a variety of watersports activities. Enjoy a 15% discount on all onsite activities, including equipment rentals and lessons.


The newly renovated Cottage features a King Bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with a bench and rain shower head. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances and an ice-maker in the freezer. Relax on the front patio with a new Weber BBQ grill, and take advantage of the washer/dryer combo in the utility room. The master bedroom includes a King-sized bed and a 50" smart TV.

Our experienced hosts and property manager are regular travelers and Super Hosts, dedicated to ensuring you have a fantastic stay. We also offer additional vacation rentals on the same site and internationally.

Located just outside Disney property, our estate is accessible via a 1-mile clay dirt road.

A vehicle is recommended, but ride-sharing services are available in the area.



Our secluded property is situated on the newly paved Schofield Road, with only a short stretch of dirt road on Cook Road. Enjoy the tranquility of well water with softening and filtration systems installed. Despite the rural setting, major highways and shopping centers are just a 15-minute drive away.
