This tiny home has just been completely renovated to give each quest a luxury
experience, while maintaining a homey, cozy feel. We want you to feel right at home when you enjoy your stay- from the upgraded finishes to the light and airy decor. Good hideaway spot but near all of the attractions. My son, and I visited the water parks and enjoyed our stay. Easy check-in, place was clean, cool, cute, and cozy, and the host was very communicative.

Nice Cottage, great location

Nice little cottage in a great location, very close to Disney, shopping and many places to eat. I felt very safe as a female traveling alone with two older dogs. It was very quiet, and Carlos was a very responsive host and great to work with. He checked on us with hurricane Helene coming in and was able to extend our stay, so it was safer to drive home.

I was just here a few days to visit family. This was a nice place to stay with my dog. The AC worked beautifully
the thermostat said it was 70, and I didn’t touch it. Comfy place to stay.

First thing I saw was cockroaches

Immediately upon entering there were 3 cockroaches (german - not palmetto bugs). Contacted the host with absolutely no response. The entrance to this trailer park is uner construction with terrible roads with potholes as the detour. Do not waste your money here. We continued to see and kill cockroaches through our short stay.

Good stay w dogs

Good location if traveling with dogs. Area was good to walk the dogs. House suited our needs. Kitchen was great. Nice new cabinets and appliances. Was well stocked with utensils/plates etc. to allow us to eat at the house a lot. Owner very responsive to any inquiries. Easy to get to Disney parks.

Could have been better

Overall, the house is ok - but the bed is awful and the couch smells like dog. It was very overpowering. There is severe moisture in the home - all of our clothes were damp every day. Did not care for the camera at the door - seems a bit of an invasion of privacy. It should not be on when guests are staying there. Cute neighborhood with lots of amenities.

30 day stay review.

I spent 30 days at this VRBO with my two dogs, and we all had a great stay. The location is super convenient to all things Disney, and the owner was helpful, accommodating, and very responsive.The cottage was clean and, after comparing several options in the neighborhood, it’s definitely the best one available. It’s cute, in a quiet area, and overall well-maintained. That said, it could benefit from a deeper clean in places like the baseboards, blinds, and some re-caulking to complete the updates that have already been made.There are no laundry machines inside the cottage, but there are several in the RV park in the adjacent area that you can use for a fee. I also met a kind local woman at the dog park who has lived in the neighborhood for 25 years and does pet sitting—chances are you’ll run into her there if you need someone to help out with the pups.The listing mentions EV charging, which is accurate. I couldn’t get the 220v outlet to work, but the 110v worked fine for an overnight top-off. I did need to find a supercharger a few times to fully recharge.The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. I ended up bringing my own sheets, as the provided ones were 100% polyester and felt too hot for me.There’s an Aldi close by, along with Target, Walmart, and plenty of restaurants along the main road. If I need to stay in the Orlando area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place.

Perfect place to stay with your doggos. Cozy but still plenty of room. Friendly surrounding people, easy quiet walks, and fantastic dog park over on the RV side of the grounds. Easy pickup/drop off for Door dash and Uber to/from Orlando. Carlos was a great uncomplicated host, and sounded like he was going to make the place even better. Would definitely stay again!
