Ce condominium est conçu avec goût avec des meubles et des accessoires dans un magnifique thÚme de style familial moderne. L'unitĂ© est situĂ©e au quatriĂšme Ă©tage face au sud et a 15 pieds de vue spectaculaire sur l'ocĂ©an par le curseur et la fenĂȘtre de la chambre principale. De notre vĂ©randa, profitez du plus grand observation des baleines Ă  Maui de fin dĂ©cembre Ă  mi-avril, alors que les baleines amĂšnent leurs petits dans l'eau protĂ©gĂ©e de la baie de Maalaea. Le train de fret de renommĂ©e mondiale est l'une des vagues de surf les plus rapides et les plus longues, la meilleure en Ă©tĂ©. Vous verrez des vues sur le volcan Haleakala depuis le condo et l'Ăźle Molokini, l'Ăźle Kahoolawe, la marina de Maalaea Harbour peut ĂȘtre vue depuis le permimĂštre extĂ©rieur du condo. AMAZING PLACE TO STAY!!

This place has everything from beach chairs, cooler, beach towels to spices and condiments for cooking! Traveling so far they have really thought of everything and the place was bigger than we expected, the pictures don't do it justice. Definitely stay here if you are looking for the best place!

Excellent location and property with easy pool access and nearby gorgeous beach. Quiet property, low key and relaxation. Nothing beats the amazing view Of the sunrise over Haleakala from the balcony! Would stay here again!

Wonderful location. Great stay.

We spent seven nights in this condo and it was absolutely wonderful. My favorite was the proximity to a very quiet beach, just down the road. I would run along the beach every morning and evening and hardly a soul was there. The condo itself was cozy and clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The two bathrooms were super nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The location on the island was great. 15 minutes to the airport, and centrally located to other parts of the island. But the area was super quiet.Overall we had a great stay!

Very comfortable and great location

The condo was well supplied and comfortable. Some condos can be cramped, especially 2-bedrooms. But this one was nicely sized with a comfy sectional in the living room. There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as the Maaleaa Harbor for whale watching tours, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Very well stocked and appointed condo in a great location with a lanai overlooking the pool and Maalaea Bay. Watch and listen to the ocean surf from the condo or grounds, which are beautifully kept. We were able to walk to several restaurants and shops, the Maui Ocean Center, and the Maalaea Bay harbor where we caught a short whale watching cruise. This is a relatively quiet spot, but centrally located for much of you would want to see in Maui and just a 20 minute ride or so from the airport.

A happy vacation.

We stayed here for a week. The area is quiet and relaxing as well as being convenient for going anywhere on Maui. We loved sitting on the balcony and being able to see whales in the bay. The condo is well equiped for cooking with not only the dishes etc but having spices too. It is nicely laid out. Pat was wonderful to deal and had seen to every detail in making our stay the best it good be.

Hidden Gem Centrally Located

We love this condo and Pat was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. The Ma'alaea area is very centrally located and not more than 20 minutes away from the things we wanted to see on the island. Plus, within a 5 min walk, we visited the Maui Ocean center and the long long beach in front. There are also bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk. We really enjoyed the unit, it was very clean and modern with a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. Thanks again Pat!

Perfect Stay In Paradise

The condo was everything we hoped for. Spacious, comfortable, convenient, beautiful views, and central location ideal for exploring the entire island. It was our first stay in Maalaea vs the main tourist areas of West and South Maui and the condo is a hidden gem, plus a good value for a true 2BR/2BA (not easy to find on Maui). Area is tranquil, right on the water and walking distance to beaches, the harbor, aquarium, and a handful of shops and restaurants. Plus, easy access to the highway and a short drive to Kihei, Olowalu, Iao Valley, Kahului, and more. Pat was phenomenal to work with, great communication and generously shared info, tips, and recommendations. Mahalo and a hui hou!

Comfortable!

It’s a quiet friendly, up kept environment. Condo is perfect for two couples having their own bathroom or for a family. All you need is food, the kitchen is stocked like home. Pool and grounds are really nice. View from the condo is beautiful. Location is a 10-15 either way to the bigger towns if you’re into shopping. There is a restaurant called Dante’s that was good and reasonably priced, only a few minutes walk. There’s also a fast food place, bumper cars/mini golf and a store in the neighbourhood. We’d rent this condo again if we’re fortunate to go again.

Breathtaking!

We were absolutely pleased with everything at Pat's condo. Spotless and well maintained.There was not an item we needed as she has everything at your fingertips. Great appliances, nice dishes and you could be there for a period of time and not have a need except for groceries. Beautiful view from the lanai and grounds are well kept. Plenty of information to look at so you can plan your daily trips. The beach is an easy walk and clean. Easy excess to local restaurants and the harbor. Always have enjoyed staying in these condos as we were centrally located for all activities. Pat was commodating and very helpful. Thanks for sharing your home, Gerrie

Very kind owner

This is not a review of the property as I never actually stayed there, but of it's owner, Pat. We booked with her for a 5 day stay, and then had "circumstances beyond our control" just 3 days after booking. I contacted her to let her know and within the week she had refunded our entire deposit, not just the part I was expecting. Thank you, Pat for the honesty and consideration!

Fantastic find! Condo was just as pictured. Clean, comfortable, and great location. We didn’t end up using the kitchen as much as we thought we might, but the kitchen was nicely stocked with anything we would have needed. The filtered water was awesome to have as well. Beds, towels, and couches were extremely comfortable as well. Didn’t have any issues with noise from neighbors or courtyard. Keyless entry was a breeze. Was slightly worried about the street parking, but it was always easy to find a spot right next to the condo. Street is extremely quiet and felt very safe the entire trip. The most AMAZING place!

This unit is beautiful, clean and well kept, and in the best location possible; the complex is well maintained as well. There are views for days (Maalaea Bay, the turtles swimming right next to the property and popping their heads up or waving, amazing sunrises), so much so we didn't turn on the TV in our 8 day stay! The host was welcoming, reachable, and helpful. We will be back!!!

Beautiful condo and property

Very clean and spacious. Love this area in middle of the island. Not a crowded resort area but still walking distance to a couple of eating establishments and small stores. High temps were in low 80s and we never needed the a/c. Loved the breeze and the sound of the ocean with the windows open. Watched the whales and the turtles play from the lanai and the back lawn. Can’t come up with a single complaint. Everything was perfect.

Great condo. Exceptional views from lanai where we could sit and watch the whales perform. Well equipped kitchen with everything one would need. Well stocked for days on the beach (chairs, cooler, umbrella, towels...). Having TV in both bedrooms a plus. Laundry handy one door down and machine available whenever we used. Communication with Pat was great. Emails responded to quickly and she was very helpful. Parking on street no issue as there was always room right across street. Perfect spot for us (two couples). Pool and grounds were wonderful and never ever crowded. Everyone we met even in passing was pleasant. Would definitely return and hope to do so soon. Thanks so much Pat. You do have a wonderful condo that is a little slice of paradise.
