- Temperature control is managed by AC and heating systems.

- Kitchenware and utensils are provided for your meal preparation needs.

- Memory foam pillows are supplied for enhanced sleeping comfort.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.



Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:



1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.

2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8

3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)

4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.



Pets are allowed based on their size; please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid any potential cancellations. An extra cleaning fee applies per pet as follows:



- For stays of 1 to 4 nights: $35 per night per pet

- For stays of 5 to 29 nights: $250 per pet

- For stays of 30 nights or more: $400 per pet



Please note that the company is not responsible for building maintenance or repairs.



Verification of guests is required before check-in.



To meet legal requirements and enhance property security, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, complete our verification portal, and possibly undergo a background check. Rest assured, this information is collected solely for screening purposes and will not be stored or used otherwise.



All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:



- Comply with our rental terms and conditions.

- Present a valid government-issued ID before check-in.

- Complete a background check if required by the property management or owner, as detailed in the rental agreement and booking terms.

- Finish our verification process to receive check-in instructions.



Guests must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.



Please note: Surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways for security, and a Minut device is placed in the unit to monitor noise levels.



A $55 Damage Protection Program is added per booking and covers up to $150 in accidental damages.
