The Space:

We are delighted to welcome you to our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. This modern luxury retreat provides everything you need for a flawless and relaxing stay.



The integrated living and dining area feature stylish LED lighting and contemporary furnishings that surpass expectations. The bedroom offers a private sanctuary with stunning nighttime views. Large windows enhance the space with natural light, complementing the warm ambiance created by wooden floors and finishes.



The 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom space features stylish interior design with carefully selected amenities and decor. It offers a versatile layout where you can easily adjust your environment within its well-furnished setting.



- Includes a king-size bed with luxury foam mattress, pillows, linens, and sheets in the bedroom.

- Features a 4K 50” HDR Smart TV, work desk with office chair, and a baby crib.

- The second bedroom is situated within the living room area, separated by large curtains.

- Additionally provides three queen beds, a sofa bed, a 4K 65” HDR Smart TV with Free Netflix, a coffee table, and a walk-in closet.



KITCHEN & DINING

The 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen where you can effortlessly prepare your favorite meals. Its spaciousness and contemporary amenities exceed typical expectations for a unit of its size.



- Appliances provided are microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.

- Additional amenities include a coffee maker with essentials, kettle, sink with hot and cold water, trays, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans.





BATHROOM

The private and spacious full bathroom is separate from the main living area. It comes fully stocked with all essential toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need without the hassle of packing extra items.



- Amenities include a shower/bath combination, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries.



We prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of our guests as our highest concern. To ensure this, we conduct a comprehensive and thorough cleaning process after every guest check-out.

Guest Access:

Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.



Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:



1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.

2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8

3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)

4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.



Pets are welcome depending on their size, but please inform us beforehand and confirm your intention to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will be applied.



Fees for bringing a pet vary based on the length of your stay: for stays of 1 to 4 nights, there is a $35 per night charge per pet; for stays of 5 to 29 nights, there is a $250 fee per pet; and for stays of 30 nights or more, the fee is $400 per pet.



Please note that the company is not liable for any building maintenance or repairs.



PRIOR GUEST VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED



To comply with legal obligations and property security protocols, you may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. Rest assured, this information is strictly used for screening purposes and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:



Before booking, guests must adhere to our rental terms and conditions, provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in, undergo a background check if required by property management or the owner as specified in the rental agreement and booking terms, and complete our verification process to receive check-in instructions.



Guests must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking (within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.



Each stay includes a $55 damage protection fee covering accidental damages up to $150.
