Propre, spacieux deux chambres est proche de Ashmont Village, UMASS Boston & Downtown Boston. Vous adorerez le quartier calme avec un parking hors rue inclus. Un court trajet en voiture, uber ou en train vers le centre-ville. Ma place est bonne pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants). Beaucoup de restaurants et bars dans le quartier.

Super quartier. En ville, mais les rues bordées d'arbres donnent l'impression d'être plus banlieue.
Les grands bars et restaurants du quartier sont à quelques pas / uber ou vous pouvez vous diriger vers le centre-ville.

À environ 10 minutes (1 mile) à pied de la gare Ashmont (ligne rouge). Bus en bas de la rue également.

This is a great place if you’re visiting Boston! Easy Lyft/Uber ride to anything you want to see in Boston. Great hosts, super responsive and very nice! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Train Street house in Dorchester. The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for light meals. The off-street parking was very convenient, and it was a short walk to the Fields Corner T stop. Check in was a breeze, and our host Shawn was very communicative. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was very nice, well taken care of. We did not have a car, walk to train station was about 15-20 min. Owner left coffee pods and snacks for us. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was spacious and provided the basics needed for our stay. A few minor issues (stain on the blanket was off putting, pee/toilet paper left in the toilet, bedroom doors didn’t shut securely, and the bedroom outlet was falling out of the wall- secured with a piece of scotch tape), but we would recommend this location based on the comfortable beds, private parking, and accessible laundry room.

Property is within 15 minutes of downtown and 5 minutes from the JFK library. There are actually 3 beds and I think a pull out couch but we didn’t need to try that. So plenty of sleeping space. Beds are comfy. Appreciated the laundry as we were there for three nights. Only downside is one bathroom which wasn’t a huge deal but something to note if you have more than 2-3 people staying. Stop and Shop for groceries is 5 minutes away plus restaurants and a CVS. Parking in the back of the place is also quite nice to avoid the worries of on street parking in a big city with a rental. Overall I appreciated how budget friendly this place was! Communication from the host was timely and clear.
