Newly renovated, modern design apartment with private entrance located in the center of Watertown. Just minutes away from public transportation to Harvard Square and Downtown Boston.

The space
Spacious and modern one bedroom basement unit.

Kitchenette includes full size fridge, microwave, electric kettle, Keurig machine with coffee pods, tea, sink with insinkerator, dishes and flatware.

Living room includes 65" smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, broadband wifi.

Bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and stocked with fresh towels.

Bedroom includes queen bed with memory foam mattresses, closet, iron.

Apartment includes forced air heating, central air, private entrance, hardwood floors throughout.


When facing the front of the house please walk on the right side of the house with the light up path. Once you get to the backyard you will see your own private entrance to the unit. The passcode to the door will be provided once your stay is confirmed.

We are close to Harvard University installations, Star Market, Target, BestBuy, Home Depot, Gap, Panera Bread.

Access to public transportation, minutes walking

Nice place to stay near Boston

Everything was just like advertised. The pictures were accurate. The place was great . Check in was easy. Big spacious place. Easy check in. The owner was very responsive too. Convenient and safe location and a great home base to see places all over the Boston area.

Watertown stay

We were visiting our son who lives in Watertown. The property is a quick 5 minute drive from his home. This is my second time renting from Arda. Cute apartment, clean, wonderful host!

This is very close to my kids and it was perfect for what I needed. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet and safe. The unit was clean and the host is very responsive, definitely recommend to friends!

Great apartment

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed here during a holiday when we had overflow in our house, and it was perfect. Near to our house, clean, quiet and comfortable. Will definitely rent again if a similar need arises.

Perfect spot

Boston Stay

We were visiting our neice who lives in Everett! The charles river and its green space are just amazing! Watertown is a quaint town as well on the river! We did trolley tour and went to the ocean ! This place was perfect for our needs.

Comfortable Stay

Welcoming Watertown location!

Arda’s place was a great spot for me and my family. We were just looking for a one bedroom and his place provided us with more than ample room. Included a nice work space and two big couches to cozy up and watch television. Walkable to library, shops and parks. Definitely would stay again next time we come to town!

Just right

This location was perfect for our needs
 the place was clean, well furnished and host responsive to questions etc. It is located in basement yet did not have any musty odor and was a bright clean environment. For the most part any upstairs noise was minimal. Would stay here again.

Basement apartment

This is a basement apartment in a residential neighborhood. We felt very safe. The appliances worked well and the bed was comfortable. It needs some finishing touches, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The bus line is only a little over 1/4 mile and the downtown express bus was about a mile.

No dryer as stated in listing.

Arda is a wonderful, communicative host, but want to clarify that there is no dryer as listed in the amenities, just a drying rack. For short stays it wouldn’t be an issue. It was for my 2 week stay.

Great spot for a couple

Perfect spot for 2 of us. Stayed during a trip while moving daughter into nearby apartment. Didn’t spend a lot of time at house cause moving and sightseeing a lot. But great for sleep and shower when we came back in evenings. We didn’t do many meals there but kitchen had stuff for making your own meals.location is a basement so if stairs aren’t for you, . Nice neighborhood. Good parking spot. Great communication with homeowner Arda throughout the planning. Will do it again

Amazing host who answered all questions quickly. It should be noted that this place is located in the basement of the owner’s house. You can definitely hear people upstairs but they were respectful of being very quiet early in the morning and late at night. For those who aren’t familiar with the area, Watertown is a decent ride from Boston and will cost a 30-35 ride every time you want to get into the heart of the city. Overall, for two guests, the place worked out pretty good and the neighborhood was super safe, along with a nice keypad to get in. Cons: Shower is small and shampoo, conditioner, body wash were watery because they were on the ground. It’s not “new” so don’t think you will feel like you are at a boujee hotel. You can see things that need to be fixed. Lots of storage by the owner easy to see and looks messy overall. The basement leads up the stairs and even though you don’t have access to upstairs (obviously), the rooms are in close quarters so you can hear conversations, smell food, hear footsteps, etc.
