Newly renovated, modern design apartment with private entrance located in the center of Watertown. Just minutes away from public transportation to Harvard Square and Downtown Boston.

The space
Spacious and modern one bedroom basement unit.

Kitchenette includes full size fridge, microwave, electric kettle, Keurig machine with coffee pods, tea, sink with insinkerator, dishes and flatware.

Living room includes 65" smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, broadband wifi.

Bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and stocked with fresh towels.

Bedroom includes queen bed with memory foam mattresses, closet, iron.

Apartment includes forced air heating, central air, private entrance, hardwood floors throughout.


When facing the front of the house please walk on the right side of the house with the light up path. Once you get to the backyard you will see your own private entrance to the unit. The passcode to the door will be provided once your stay is confirmed.

We are close to Harvard University installations, Star Market, Target, BestBuy, Home Depot, Gap, Panera Bread.

Access to public transportation, minutes walking

We stayed in Arda’s property for 10 nights throughout the World Cup and it was PERFECT for what we needed it for! After booking I had thought it may be too far from the centre of Boston for us but once we got there and realised how good the public transport was, it was brilliantly located for the price we paid, half an hour on a bus and subway and we were right in Boston Common! Arda was helpful, regularly supplying clean towels and helping us with a log in on the tv to let us watch some World Cup matches. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby we used on days we didn’t fancy the trip into the city. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable and served us perfectly. Thanks for your hospitality Arda, No Scotland No Party!

Great place to stay for a weekend at our nearby college reunion. Comfortable bed and couch and plenty of essentials (soap, linen, dishes, kitchen appliances, hair dryer, etc.). One assigned parking adequate since could park a second car on the street without issue. Good location in Watertown. Host very responsive with a question and supply need. Don’t use hair dryer in the bathroom.

Very easy check-in process and the unit had everything we needed. There were also additional wall heaters in the bedroom and living room which was really appreciated for a snowy January visit.Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The home was sufficient for a stay while I took a class. Kitchen was equipped enough to warm food up. They had just had a lot of snow but path and parking area was as good as it could be.

This is very close to my kids and it was perfect for what I needed. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet and safe. The unit was clean and the host is very responsive, definitely recommend to friends!

Boston Stay

We were visiting our neice who lives in Everett! The charles river and its green space are just amazing! Watertown is a quaint town as well on the river! We did trolley tour and went to the ocean ! This place was perfect for our needs.

Welcoming Watertown location!

Arda’s place was a great spot for me and my family. We were just looking for a one bedroom and his place provided us with more than ample room. Included a nice work space and two big couches to cozy up and watch television. Walkable to library, shops and parks. Definitely would stay again next time we come to town!
