The space
-This property is in a new quiet and safe neighborhood in the South West area of Bakersfield. It’s a corner lot home. It has black iron fence all front aside from the garage entrance and walking path. Third car parking is for your car.

-Your guest house is connected to the main home but it’s a completely private guest suite, separated with its own private entrance right through the front door porch gate.

-You get a private access to the guest house through your door code to the first door on right as you open the black iron Porch gate.

-Open the door directly to a welcoming living room space which is designed with your comfort and rest in mind. Relax with a cup of coffee, soft drink or snack on living room convertible sofa bed and large modern coffee table and side tables for a more comforting stay.

-Underneath the cozy fire side, just on top of the dresser, you’ll fine your super fast WiFi/ Password info.
Make your self at home with endless entertainment options on the Smart tv.

-Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, burner, small hot pot, egg boiler, toaster, small pots, cutleries, snacks etc are available for your convenience •
