Ceci est une maison de 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain pouvant accueillir confortablement 4 personnes. Idéal pour un groupe d'amis ou une petite famille. Il est également idéal pour une escapade en couple à un prix avantageux. Situé sur la colline surplombant la vue imprenable sur la baie de Monterey; cette unité est dans un complexe calme et généralement privé. Cette location de plain-pied est bien décorée, bien entretenue et entièrement meublée.

Une chambre a un lit king avec vue sur l'océan et une télévision avec DVD. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et une vue sur la piscine complexe. Les deux chambres ont des portes privées aux toilettes, qui sont meublées avec une baignoire.

Vous entrez dans un salon lumineux avec une vue imprenable sur la baie et le célèbre Cement Ship. Il y a aussi un foyer au gaz et une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD. Le salon dispose de nombreux sièges pour un groupe d'amis et de famille. Trois tabourets de bar sont assis au bar de la cuisine qui donnent sur la cuisine entièrement meublée; un endroit idéal pour se divertir, socialiser et se détendre. Pour mieux voir les vues, vous pouvez monter sur la terrasse privée située juste à côté du salon. Ici, vous aurez accès à un barbecue et à des sièges en plein air. Vous aurez accès à la piscine et disposerez de 2 places de parking privées hors voirie. La maison dispose d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge.

Il se trouve à quelques pas de la célèbre "10 Mile Beach". La maison est idéalement située à proximité d'une épicerie bien connue (Pixie Deli), d'un café, d'une épicerie et d'un restaurant haut de gamme (Cafe Rio). The view from the deck was stunning! I couldn’t avast for a better setting.

We stayed at this condo in August and the highlight was definitely the view — absolutely stunning! We were lucky enough to see whales right from the balcony, which made the trip unforgettable. The location was convenient, and overall the space had good potential for a relaxing getaway.That said, there were some drawbacks. The condo didn’t provide beach towels or boogie boards, which would have been a nice touch considering the setting. The bigger issue was that we noticed mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing and made the space feel less clean than we would have liked.If the owners address the bathroom issue and add some basic amenities for beach use, this could easily be a five-star spot. As it stands, the views are amazing, but the details could use some attention.

We’d like to clarify a couple of items for future guests: our check-in information and listing details note that beach towels are not included. Guests are always welcome to call us prior to arrival if they would like to know whether boogie boards or beach accessories are available in the home, or if they’d like recommendations on where to rent or purchase them nearby. Regarding your concern about mold, we want to reassure future guests that there is no mold in the property. Our housekeeping team and long-term housekeeper take great pride in maintaining the condo in excellent condition, and we’ve confirmed that the home is clean and fresh. We truly appreciate your comments and are happy you enjoyed your stay by the ocean.

See fabulous ocean sunsets from this condo!

This 2 bedroom condo was comfortable and clean, and had a very well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and even baking sheets. It is up on a hill, and the ocean views are fabulous. One can sit at the dining table and watch the sun set over the ocean, which I did on several evenings. I loved hearing the sounds of the ocean waves from the bedroom I slept in. There is one dedicated parking space very close to the condo. The property managers were very friendly and responsive when I needed some help figuring out how to get the gas fireplace going, which was nice as it can get a bit chilly in Aptos in Jan. There is a washer and dryer in the condo, also, which I used. I loved my stay here!

We spent most of our time gazing at the ocean and beach. We saw 4 dolphins and a hawk landed on the bannister right in front of us. The kitchen and bath could use some updating. Small pool right near the condo. Parking covered right nearby. Very well supplied kitchen. Bring your own condiments.

Beautiful location

Loved the easy parking and proximity to the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped. Some electrical outlets were loose and the carpeting need cleaning. Overall a nice stay.

The condo is exactly as it's advertised. Dated but very functional. Convenient parking, right on near the beach and good food near buy. We are very happy with our stay and will be back.
