Perfectly located just steps to Rio Del Mar Beach, this 2BR/2BA condo boasts incredible 220- degree ocean views of Monterey Bay. You'll also enjoy access to a heated pool just a short walk away (May-October).



Take in the stunning vistas from the spacious living area and kitchen, which offer a cozy gas fireplace and a convenient wet bar. Or concoct a crisp drink and step outside to the private deck with brand-new furniture.



With one reserved parking space, this condo offers a great home base for exploring everything Santa Cruz has to offer! After a fun-filled day of coastal adventures, warm up by the gas fireplace in the main living area. Or get comfy on the plush couch and three armchairs and watch a movie on the 45-inch TV. You'll find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen, including a gas range, microwave, and wine fridge. Serve up home-cooked dishes at the four-person dining table with two additional chairs and enjoy your meal with superb ocean views. Offering quiet privacy, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an in-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and a guest bathroom provides a walk-in shower. A full-size washer/dryer is available.



The condo is conveniently located near a deli, market, restaurant and coffee shop. 2-miles from grocery story, restaurants, cinema, tennis court, gas station and much much more!

We had an excellent stay at this property, the views are fantastic! Nearest beach access is just a short walk or drive down the hill. Clean and well maintained condo and a very responsive property management team!

It’s all about the view. Great location. BBQ was super clean and they had plenty of propane. Did I mention the view? You can see the whole of Monterey bay from Capitola to Monterey. From the property we saw many porpoises swimming back in their pods, seals, a sea otter and her baby playing, and a humpback whale. It was amazing!

This was one of the best R&R place my husband and I have experienced. The view is priceless!!! This home provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing I would recommend is an umbrella for the balcony table because the sun gets really hot and you don’t want to enjoy the view from inside the house. I 100 recommend staying here. It was sooooo hard to leave!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The ocean view was incredible! Everything was as advertised. Rooms were clean, plenty of towels, construction below was not bothersome. This was our second stay. We highly recommend this accommodation.

You cannot go wrong with this location. We stayed three nights which is the optimal time to obtain true relaxation. We rarely left the condo because the ocean sounds and view were all we really needed. Communication was great.

The view was amazing. We saw whales, dolphins, and pelicans. We even saw a whale breach directly out front of the unit. We watched the beautiful sunset every night. The kitchen had everything we needed.

When booking the condo, per the website, construction was supposed to be complete. From 8-4 we had to listen to powers saws & power drills & hammers. Workers walked back in forth in front of condo so no privacy from 8-4. Also dust from the construction was causing itchy eyes & coughing. We never got to sit on the deck & enjoy morning coffee. The unit was clean & comfortable. Without the construction it would have been ideal.

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to review. As noted, the rates reflected for your stay were discounted for the hillside construction that is going on this spring. All the rates on vrbo posted during construction reflect the discount. That’s why your rates were so drastically low for this unit. Luckily they don’t work every day, and never on weekends :)

We were so happy with the property and it met all of our expectations. I was looking for a short vacation not too far from the Bay Area and my main goal was to find a property with a full oceanfront view and access to the beach. The pictures in this listing were absolutely accurate. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 and had all the amenities we needed. We made use of the full kitchen and living room spaces just to chill out and enjoy the sounds of the waves. The walk to the beach was very easy 5 minutes downhill. But keep that in mind when going back up.One thing that was a bit tough was the dedicated parking space for this particular unit. There was a construction crew utilizing half the parking area so it was a little tricky entering and leaving. I called the property contact to see if there was anything they could do and the next morning, the contractors opened up more space for us to park. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Overall we loved our stay in here, the apartment was a little tight, but they used the space well. Everything was clean, they even left us a welcome wine bottle. First I’ll give the “negative” which is minimal, the bedrooms get HOT during the night, like we were sweating and there were no AC instruction to be found. With the beds, main bedroom, headboard was just sitting on the ground, not attached, so any movement against it and it made loud noises during the night while sleeping, the pillows were like air, not comfortable at all. Lastly the main shower, the shower head is super low, and they have a caddy that the shower sprays in to, making it a lil annoying, I suggest you guys change that, not ideal. That is seriously my only critique, the host was helpful, the views were amazing and location is hard to beat!!!! We spent all our time in the living room, enjoying the ocean sounds, the sunset views and built some good memories. You can walk down the hill about 3 minutes and grabbed a good dinner at Venus or bring home some coffee, pastries and amazing pizza as well!
