Step inside to find new luxury vinyl plank flooring and a beautifully updated kitchen featuring quartzite countertops, a stylish backsplash, and contemporary furnishings. The condo includes two comfortable bedrooms and two bathroomsâone with a bathtub and the other with a spa-like shower. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a 3-inch Tempur-Pedic Serenity mattress topper for a truly restful nightâs sleep.
We have installed USB plugs and LED dimmable lighting throughout the condo for ease in keeping your cell phones charged and bright spaces when needed. Blackout blinds and shutters help with getting a good night's sleep and rooms complimented by ceiling fans for cooling and convenient laundry area. Yes, we thought of everything.
Every detail has been thoughtfully curatedâfrom elegant dĂ©cor touches to radiant heated bathroom floors that keep your feet cozy, along with a bidet in the master bath for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes premium appliances such as a Viking range and Sub-Zero refrigerator, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals with ease.
Step outside to one of the largest ocean-view decks in the complex, perfect for outdoor dining, lounging, and taking in breathtaking sunset views over the Pacific.
Whether youâre unwinding after a day of adventure or gearing up for a night out, this serene coastal condo provides a perfect setting to enjoy Aptos/Santa Cruzâthe ocean breezes, golden sunsets, and charm of the California coast await.
This is privately owned and lovingly operated by my husband and I which means if you have a concern and call us, we answer the phone immediately. This is our home which we share with you and want you to have the best experience, so come stay with us!!! We absolutely love it here and know you will too.

There is currently an ongoing hillside stabilization project at the complex. You may experience workers walking past the deck in order to access the hillside or construction noise. Work is only being done Mon-Fri 8am-4pm with NO WORK BEING DONE ON WEEKENDS. The rental price is discounted to reflect this work.
By virtue of your booking you agree to abide by our House Rules. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON THE PREMISES. IT IS ONLY ALLOWED ON THE STREET SIDEWALK. We are from the San Joaquin Valley and enjoy coming to the Santa Cruz area for so many things. It's very close to Monterey and Carmel, along with sweet little town of Capitola for their boutique shopping and dining. Then there's the Santa Cruz board walk with the roller coaster and all the games and rides they offer.

In looking for a property, we chose this condo, as we previously owned and rented Unit L, but there was just one amenity missing...a large balcony for dining outside on the deck. When this property came on the market we jumped at it. We just love eating outdoors and watching the whales frolicking and sunsets. It doesn't get any better!!!!

The VIEWS are the best for any condo in the county. And we recently completely renovated it, even the furniture! It's so relaxing and comfortable.
