I apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. I was not made aware of any problems with the doors not locking, and I would have addressed that immediately if it had been communicated. Regarding the ceiling fan, one of the fans can make some noise when operated at the highest speed, but it does not do so during normal operation. The toilet issue was also addressed as soon as it was properly communicated. Initially, I understood that it was simply a matter of that toilet style requiring a little more pressure, but once I was informed that the chain was actually broken, I had it repaired. I’m not sure what was meant by the comment about overgrowth, as there is very limited landscaping around the property. The back gate was functional; however, the remote was accidentally left in a vehicle that was not at the property. I normally leave the gate open to provide additional parking access. Once I was notified, I had a new remote delivered by a handyman and closed the gate for the guests. The handyman was also scheduled to address the broken bed. After evaluating the situation, the decision was made to replace the bed rather than repair it. I appreciate the feedback and always work to address any issues as quickly as possible when they are brought to my attention.
