Featuring 1000 sq ft of space, this home has three-bedrooms and sleeps nine (9) people with two (2) queen beds, two (2) twin beds, a full size pullout sofa, and a sofa bed. Cook a feast in the newly renovated kitchen and set the table because this house offers a full dining room where the whole family can come together at meal time. Enjoy the outdoors and sit out on the deck or relax in the hot tub! This peaceful vacation will create fond memories for years to come.

This house features a Party Den add-on!! For $150 per night, the Party Den is directly attached to Paradise House and features an extra bedroom, bathroom, futon and a bar area to take your vacation to another level! Party Den will allow for three (3) additional people. **Additional cleaning fees apply.

Guests staying at Paradise Resort will need to check-in/check-out at Outrigger Resort office! Guests are welcome to utilize the resort amenities available at either location.

This unit is pet friendly! A one-time $50 pet fee is required per pet (limit of 2). Vet records with proof of vaccinations are required for bookings of 7 nights or longer.

A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning fee will be added to the cost of the booking for Paradise House. If adding on the Party Den, an additional NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning fee will apply.

All bookings require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due fourteen (14) days before arrival. Bookings made within fourteen (14) days of arrival will require payment in full.

Any changes to an existing booking require 14-day notice and $15 service fee. Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to date of arrival will forfeit the booking deposit as a cancellation fee. Any cancellations made less than 14-days prior to arrival, the total balance due will be non-refundable.
