Whimsy and Wonder

This is just the place for people looking to get away and experience country style living. Beautiful home and artwork throughout kept my teenagers busy and off their phones! Such a lovely spot thank you to the friendly host.

Such a beautiful piece of property that was fun to explore. The house is clean and well decorated with such thought and creativity! We thoroughly enjoyed our little weekend get away that was away from the hustle and bustle.

Every room has its own character, with books, art, and cozy touches around every corner. It’s quirky in the best way: think fairy lights, vintage furniture, fun themes, and thoughtful details that make you smile.What truly sets this place apart is the host, Emma. One of our guests arrived a day early (my daughter’s grandfather, who had driven from Texas), and she welcomed him with warmth and grace, treating him like family. That kind of kindness is rare and unforgettable.The house was clean, well stocked, and incredibly comfortable for a group. We had everything we needed, from great coffee to a peaceful place to unwind before and after the big day.If you’re looking for something with heart and soul, not just a place to sleep but a place to stay, this is it. Fun, quirky home on a beautiful property

We spent a weekend here with our friends and adult children. The house is eclectic, funky, and fun, and delightfully full of great books. The grounds are beautiful, and the hosts were very helpful and delightful to talk to. Don't know when we'll be back in the area, but we would definitely stay again!

Amazing Folklore Farmhouse!

This house and property was an amazing experience we will never forget. The imaginative and whimsical decorations in this farmhouse are so creative. If you are a lover of Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, or Dungeons and Dragons, this is the place for you. It was a truly special experience. The farmhouse also sits on many forested acres filled with hiking trails and other surprises. Several horses, chickens, geese and ducks also are kept here. This place was so much fun!

Quiet Winter Getaway

My husband, dog and I stayed for one night to get away from the city. Very cute ambiance and we loved that they had a piano to play. A little cold still during the winter despite all the space heaters available. Wish to visit again in the future to explore the grounds a bit more. Worth the visit and stay!

A Safe Port

We needed a place for 4-6 of us to stay for an event in Delphi at the Opera House. All the B&B's in town were taken, so we opted for the Farm to Folklore! Lovely spot, enjoyed the land and animals. The kitchen was the only area we could have used a bit more conveniences. Coffeemaker and microwave for a larger group would have been welcome. Loved all the books; I'm a retired librarian, LOL! Summer will be glorious here...

Unique and fun stay

The property was great for our group and the owners were very easy to deal with. The house was charmingly eclectic and our kids loved it. It's out in the country, so it was very peaceful. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area. Thank you Emma!

Amazing get-away!

My entire family enjoyed our weekend in the farm house as part of our adventure to see the eclipse. The kids loved the horses and the chickens. There were 9 of us (counting 2 small children), and we were very comfortable in the space.

Delphi farmhouse

A great, authentic farmhouse atmosphere with wood burning stove, pond with ducks and geese out back, horses, woodland trails, etc. Just a very peaceful and lovely setting. Hosts were super - helpful and friendly and readily available, if needed. The farmhouse has a nice library in the living room, too. Perfect for us.

“Birthday Beach”

I chose this property because it was very close to Indiana beach. When I tell you my family was more excited about this home and property than Indiana beach, I mean it! There was so much to do at the house alone, and all of my brothers loved it. I couldn’t have picked a much better stay. 100/10 recommend. And yes, I meant 100 out of 10.

Great getaway

The place was absolutely adorable - you could see how much love and care they put into every detail of their decorations. The horses and cats were so great! And the drive to Indiana Beach was a breeze. Only downside was no central AC which was pretty rough at night, but we spent the day away from the house which made it tolerable. They provided fans which helped a ton. Overall would return back, but maybe in the cooler months :)

Peaceful retreat

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse!! Our two dogs loved walking the trails, exploring the many magical places along the way!! It was so quiet, and the nights were lit up by hundreds of fireflies!!! On the warm days/nights the two window air conditioners helped a lot, they were in two rooms so that’s where we would go if we needed to cool off.We loved all the spaces to relax and read, play games or just visit!! We visited horse and ponies daily!! If you love nature there is so much to explore.It also was a short trip to town, but we just loved being at the farm with it’s serenity! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Would definitely return!!
