The White Oak Haven

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Located across the street from Pine Lake State Park and a wildlife preserve, you can enjoy birdwatching, stargazing and an abundance of wildlife. It is a 5-minute walk to the lake beach and bike trail. It is a 1-minute drive to the Pine Lake CC golf course and a 1-minute drive to the boat ramp. The house features a front porch that overlooks the wildlife preserve. There is also a large back deck and fire pit area. Enjoy the newly remodeled indoor space that includes two bedrooms, a full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, bathroom with a full shower/tub.

Perfect little spot for my family (including our small dog) to unplug for a weekend. Super close to the Pine Lake walking trails, clean, comfortable, and overall quiet neighborhood. It felt cozy and homey, but also was a great location for us to want to be outside a lot.

This place was very convenient for our stay. Close to everything and our friends. We were on a hunting trip for deer. Stayed 9 of our 11 day trip. But tagged out so checked out earlier. Tim was very nice about it. The place was very clean and perfect for all our needs for our hunting vacation. We'll definitely reach out to Tim for another Stay in the future.

White Oak Haven was a perfect stay for us - everything we needed and wanted! Very comfortable and quiet. Great communication with the owner, easy directions, and well appointed accommodations made for a great weekend getaway! Beautiful Spaces

The property was great for our family of four. Fully functioning kitchen and everything we needed. We walked and fished on Pine Lake. The nearby Eldora Aquatic Center was also a highlight. Tim was a great host.

Better than we expected! Couldn't have been happier with our selection! We will stay here every time we come to Eldora! Tim was easy to work with, readily available, super nice, and we even got to break in the Weber!! Wish we could give it 50 stars!

The house was very clean and everything seemed new and fresh. Our only issue was that the owner was far from accommodating. Our first issue was that I accidently booked the incorrect week. Almost immediately I realized it and contacted the owner to adjust the reservation as it was showing as available on the VRBO website, though owner said he wasn't able to adjust because his cleaning crew wasn't available. We rolled with it, then the week of check in we weren't able to arrive until the second day of the reservation and owner messaged "Please cancel reservation if you don't intend to use it." and hadn't sent the door code as the check in instructions advised would happen. So I replied stating that we were just arriving a day late and would be there, then had to proceed to ask for the door code. I've never been treated like this from any other rental owner.
