Your Boulder adventure begins at this studio condo. Step inside this tremendous property and feel instantly at home. The soothing living room offers a cozy sofa bed for extra guests. With amenities like AC, WiFi, a fitness room, garage, and pool with spa, your stay will be nice and comfortable. We think our place will help you experience everything Boulder has to offer. please note that the bedroom in this lovely little studio condo is unconventional meaning that it is very tiny. It features a queen size comfrey bed but no closet. The closet used for this bedroom is in the hallway just outside of the bedroom space.

The host was very responsive and kind. Location was fantastic, directly adjacent to a trail system along a creek that connected to other city trails for many miles. A 5 minute car ride or about 30 minute pleasant walk to the Pearl District and many great restaurants. There's is always something to do in Boulder.

We had a great stay, it was clean and easy to find! There was an outage with the access key to the building when we first got there, but luckily it was resolved the next day and went smoothly after that!

This was is a wonderful property, near the university! My wife and I stayed at the condo for a week while moving our son into CU Boulder. The location was very convenient, very clean, and overall a wonderful experience. We used the on-premises pool and spa, which certainly added to our stay. Michelle (host) was super communicative and above and beyond helpful, since her son and daughter both attended CU. At one point, Michelle even offered to receive Amazon packages at her home for us since we were coming in from out of state; she couldn't have been more accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again; actually, we have already tried to re-book for Parents Weekend but it was already booked, no surprise there. But overall, great property, great host, great location! If you do stay here, we recommend walking down to the Rayback Collective; a food truck park and outdoor taproom, such a wonderful place; I think we went there three nights in a row!

We had a wonderful stay! The VRBO is a nice, short walk into the main part of town and it’s very easy to get to Rocky Mountain National Park, too. The listing has great amenities and Michelle was so quick to answer any and all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall great place, pretty much exactly as photographed. The bedroom is very small as you can see in the photos. History is nice. We would stay again!

Easy condo

The property is a dated, but the apartment is very clean and well stocked. The owner responds quickly to questions and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Even though the bedroom isn’t technically a bedroom (no closet and the door doesn’t close because the bed blocks the way) it served our needs as long as we didn’t plan on spending too much time inside.

Great Location

This was the perfect place for getting around Boulder. Easy to find, great host communication, plenty of space to relax, and a kitchen with all necessary utensils.
